So we've been looking for a modular sofa for our basement for the longest time. Mainly because the entryway is narrow and so is the overall layout of the basement. So I did a lit of research on the possibilities out there. First I tried a big brand. I wanted it to have removable cushion covers, storage and the ability to buy pieces to add on to it if I wanted to make it bigger. This company did all of these things but the price was 5 times the price of this couch. So then I looked at a comparable company. The couches were half the price of the other but I didn't like the fact that you literally had to build the couch by wrapping it in fabric and everything and the storage parts of the couch flaked pieces of wood. There were also a lot of negative reviews regarding the comfortability of the couch because of the hard, solid wooden frame. After lots of research I found this couch on Amazon which was the best price out of all of them. It had all of the features I was looking for. I gave it a shot and I'm so glad I did! I really do love this couch. It was super easy to put together. My husband always gets frustrated and mad at everything I make him put together and he was even impressed with this couch and how easy it was. One thing to remember is to fluff the back cushions like the video shows in the description. This helps get the back cushions nice and fluffy. The backs aren't very tall but I have a lot of pillows so I just prop one up if I want to sit straight up. The seat cushions are made of memory foam and super comfy which will be great since occasionally I want to turn this into a guest bed. The seats are a little narrow. From all the research I was doing I found that all of the modular couches with storage and removable cushion covers seemed to have more narrow seats regardless of price range. I was willing to sacrifice that for the other features. I usually like propping my feet on something anyway so it doesn't bother me. All in all this worked perfectly for what I was looking for and being pregnant this couch is super comfortable to lounge on. It's also super easy to change the layout. We already changed it once during a commercial break while watching tv and it was that easy! I definitley recommend it! ... show more

I’ve only owned this sofa for about a month but so far it’s been comfortable and versatile. The sofa cushions are firm but yielding, yet not lumpy. Since I don’t think these can be tried out in a showroom, I ordered one of the single seat modules to get a sense of its firmness before ordering the full sectional. The modularity of the sofa is also great. I have this set up in a 2x3 daybed configuration but can change it to a conventional sofa setup in minutes. I knew it was a risk to purchase a couch without trying it out first but was in pinch when the couch I ordered from a local store got unexpectedly delayed a few days before move in day. So I took the risk and it was a poor decision. The seat cushions are very firm but the big issue is the back cushions. They are thin and after sitting for a few min, you can feel the top portion of the frame digging into your back. Had to purchase foam squares to help mitigate this issue. While I like the modular options the design of the couch offers, over all very dissatisfied *update 10-31-22* The seller reached out to me unsolicited and offered a solution which I found to be fair and reasonable. So, the order and delivery process was simple. One, little problem was one box arrived and the remaining 6 was left behind. Seller quickly responded to my inquiries, located the remaining and got it to me within days. Happy! Arrived with minimal damage to couple boxes, but the product was undamaged. The packing was secure and artfully done. Each box contained a complete chair setup, with all the hardware. However, the first box contained the two arm rests, with hardware. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The construction is very good. Connectors and latches are very strong and secure the sectional well. The cushions are firm and comfortable, the way we like it. Only con: wish the back rests were a bit higher, but we are pleased, overall. Great buy. ... show more

This is an amazing sectional that arrived in 8 boxes. All the tools that were needed to assemble the couch came included in the boxes and took about an hour to put together. The sectional arrived in different pieces that are secured with metal hooks that can be seen in the picture with the lifted cushion. Additionally. You can arrange the sectional however you please, the arrangement possibilities are endless. The sectional is a perfect size and once put together, offers ample storage space under each seat. The cushions arrived vacuum sealed and took about a day and a half to fully fluff back up. The Linsy Home Support team is additionally very kind and super helpful, they replied within a couple hours once I reached out and made sure I recieved all my parts in a timely manner! ... show more
