There’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t satisfy my own needs. I love the corner straps and that it has a removable cover so you can wash it and keep the topper itself clean and in good condition. It stayed put on my mattress and did not shift while sleeping on it. Unfortunately it’s just a bit too soft for me and did not have enough firm support for my back. My mattress is already really plush so adding more fluff on top made the bed much too squishy, and I would wake up in a crater in the middle of my bed. Since I wake up with back pain every day I needed something with more firmness so I will keep looking for a better fit for my needs.

I bought this topper recently to try to get more life out of my current mattress. It's definitely 4" and I was surprised how quickly it filled out after I opened it. We bought a high quality mattress years ago but then it was getting to where I couldn't sleep through the night well and neither could my husband. Instead of going and paying alot of money for a new one, I opted for this route and I'm so glad I did. I sleep almost entirely through the night and can tell I am going into a deep sleep Instead of feel every pain I already deal with in my back. I also don't wake up with my back hurting either any more. My husband said that he enjoys the topper as well. I would definitely purchase one again if needed.

After less than 2 months there seem to be permanent depressions in the topper where the weight of our bodies are. You can clearly see the depressions which do not go back to the original flat state of the topper. I was not prepared to see that. However it has alleviated back pain for me. I weigh 120 pounds and my husband weighs 240 and his depression is much larger than mine. So when you look at the topper it appears to be lumpy.

UPDATE: I have upped the star rating from my previous rating of 1 star for the product. The seller went out of their way by contacting me to work with me to make things right. This seller actually cares about customer satisfaction. Very refreshing to have a seller that cares about their customers. Thank you, LINSY LIVING. I don't like writing negative reviews and typically don't, but here goes one. Same as other folks, I left the topper out for 4 days to expand. It never fully expanded. Went ahead and put the king size topper on the bed. Soon as I laid down, I sank down to the mattress. All this topper did was make me feel like I was laying on a hard lumpy mattress. Tried to sleep, but couldn't. Ended up sleeping on the couch. This mattress topper was a total waste of money, and is going in the trash bin. Purchase at you own risk.

My husband and I are truly satisfied with this purchase. This is by far the best mattress topper. we slept comfortably as babies. Our previous topper was a nightmare as we always sink in the middle of the bed. This topper fits perfectly with our queen size mattress and there is a strap which allows you to attach to the mattress. IF you are in the market for a mattress topper this is it it's easy to unbox and you let it sit out for a maybe 15-20mins and thereafter the mattress plumed right up. I ordered the 4" and I made sure I measured it to see that is the correct one :-) I assure you that this is one purchase you will not regret, so if you need a good topper this is!

When Amazon delivered our package on Saturday around 11am I was super excited. Keep in mind, I purchased the full size topper. The PRO for this product is definitely the packaging. We couldn't believe a full size topper was in the box and the box had a decent weight. We removed the topper out of the box and the sealed package as instructed. When we unfolded the topper and placed it on the spare full size bed that it was intended to go on...the feel was all we could rave about. The FEEL of the covering is DEFINITELY another PRO!!! I was constantly checking on this product with excitement. After 24 hours we noticed a little inflation but nothing major. Then 48 hours later we noticed that we needed to align the foam with the structure of the covering (hoping this with help the inflation since it was now aligned properly). Here we are, over 72 hours later and the product hasn't reached its 3 inch size as described. It seems to be more like 2 inches versus 3inches. My house guest says the feel of of the topper by touch is more satisfying than laying on the product itself. I totally agree because I tried it out myself. I feel like this product would definitely be better had it reached its full potential in size. I'm on the verge of returning this product because it's what I wanted but not what I received. I feel like I paid for part of the advertisement but was cheated out of the full experience.

I got the 3” and it feels great, It can slip some at times but stays in place 90% of the time with frequent moving, I fidget a lot, does not get overly warm and have not had any issues with sweating. Has improves my quality of sleep significantly.
