Came in on time. Instructions were very straightforward in the video linked, all pieces that you need come included, I did use a slightly bigger flat head to tighten the cam lock nuts though. The wood does have a slight smell but if you wipe it down it should be good. Very sturdy frame and I loved that it came with the metal frame at the bottom, gives me comfort in knowing it’ll hold me up. I ordered a full size and it seems my mattress might be too short or the frame is a bit too long just by a few inches. Has been tested for its sturdiness and I can assure y’all it can handle all that. It’s a good bed if you want to be on a budget.

First of all, the color in the pictures is way off, the Rustic Pine that we ordered came in a much darker tone than what is shown on the product page. There's another review here with a couple of pictures, and I thought it was Walnut, but it turned out it also was Pine and ours looks exactly the same. I double-checked the box and it said "Pine" on it, so I doubt it was a case of a wrong color variant sent to us by the warehouse. Not a great match for the other furniture we have in the room, but oh well. Assembly instructions were simple and straightforward, better than those coming with a well-known Swedish brand of furniture and the booklet was right there in the box, easy to find. But what made the assembly difficult was that some of the hardware included was of subpar quality. The bolts and washers were really good, but I broke a fine chinesium alloy half-moon nut when hand-tightening it; cam-bolts and locks didn't inspire much confidence in their ability to secure stuff; and the major problem was that all the dowels supplied with the bed were undersized (or maybe the holes for them were oversized) as the dowels would just dangle in there not doing anything meaningful. I've assembled quite a bit of furniture over the years and I know full well that they should fit very snug to properly connect two pieces together. I had to make a trip to a local hardware store to get me some 3/8" dowels which were a much better fit (a bit too large though). The instructions said there was a ratchet screwdriver included, but that was not true, it was a simple cheap one (not that I care too much as I used my own tools anyway). Also, there were no extras for any pieces of hardware, so make sure you don't misplace anything during the assembly. Time will tell how durable this bed is, but based on my assembly experience I don't think I can recommend it yet.

For the price, the quality is good. I honestly probably would have given this 5 stars, but it came with zero instructions! I searched on the manufacturer website, google and YouTube and could not find them anywhere. I did reach out to the company they did respond in less than 24hrs, but that didn’t help because I had already disassembled my son’s old bed and needed this one put together immediately. Thankfully my husband is handy and put it together without instructions. I will not purchase this brand again for this reason alone.
