Takes some time to assemble, but directions are excellent. Really sturdy and an amazing value for all that you get. It is so impressive that this was so well thought out and everything goes together very nicely. Only one item had an issue and that was the holes for the outlet screws were slightly off. No big deal. Got them in fine. Everything seems extremely well engineered. The wheels even slide into captive brackets and are very secure with only one screw. Only thing I wish it had was an adapter for the LED lights to plug into the wall rather than the outlet on the bed. It leaves the wire exposed and is ugly, but that is an easy fix to get a usb adapter. Spacious bins that secure and line up perfectly. Overall amazing value, we'll see how it holds up as a guest bed, but I don't foresee any issues. ... show more

This bed frame is awesome for the price! It was time consuming but overall easy to install, definitely need 2 people to assemble but I don’t think it’d be impossible if you were doing it by yourself. I love the little storage compartments on it, I also didn’t think it would be so tall but I am very happy with the height. If you’re looking for something for your first apartment and have a tight budget this is definitely worth the extra money. ... show more

It was simple to assemble, came with everything needed to assemble, including a cute little hammer, and had extra plastic pieces for holding the slats in place. It absolutely does not squeak or move on carpeting, but might move on hard surfaces. The mattress does tend to sink into the outside slats, something that could be remedied with a thin piece of cardboard or a heavy dust ruffle, and the corners do extend beyond the edge of the mattress but I haven't run into it. There is plenty of storage underneath. I recommend it. For reference, we are medium weight people and use it 5 nights a week. ... show more

Impressed with this bed frame. We bought a queen frame and as a 110lb woman, I single-handedly built this bed in 1.5 hrs. All the pieces aligned and manual was fairly straightforward. The bed frame is made of all metal which really makes it feel secure. We've had experience before with a bed that had wooden slats and after some time, the wooden slats would fall out of their plastic peg spots on the base. This will not happen with this bed frame. For the price, this bed is a steal. While it’s not solid wood or super high quality, it’s definitely better than expected at this price point. I bought this for my 11 year old son and he loves it! It’s low profile (lower to the ground) which makes it perfect for kids and teens. LED headboard lights are a hit. Under bed storage is a well thought out bonus. The un bed pullouts are bit attached to the bed, they are independent, however it works fine. Little details set this bed apart from the rest, such as runner bumper edges so you done take out your toe rounding the corner. This bed took my husband about 2 hours to assemble (he’s extremely handy so I’d call him an expert assembler). Overall, highly recommended. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Although this arrived 5 days later than it was expected, it arrived fully boxed and protected, it was a very organized box with clear instructions and the hardware was very nicely packed-I really really appreciate that. Although the directions don’t have words, the pictures are very clear to understand and it was very easy to put together. I also appreciated the quality-the housing for the screws was metal, so I expect this to last quite a while and not just crumble under me one day. I expect it to last through a move, too. It’s quiet, it doesn’t freak or anything. I got the drawers under mine for storage, they fit nicely and secure. For $400 I think is a good buy. It sits lower to the ground, but I don’t mind that. It looks nice. The reason I gave it three stars is solely because I cannot get the LED strip to work on command. I got it to work the first night I got it put together and haven’t been able to get it to turn on since. I’m bummed because that was a major selling point for me. ... show more

I dont know what I was expecting ordering a bed like this but it was not at all the bed that came. This bed is honestly such good quality, the assembly was a breeze. Whoever designed this thought it out and made the parts in a way that anyone can put this bed together easily.

This item was missing the remote, other than that the bed was fine. Not a bad assembly. When I contacted the company to have them send me a Remote, which would cost them a few pennies, they refused. I could not believe it. I ended up going and buying another strip with a remote for my daughter. I would never buy anything from this company again, and the only reason I did not return it was that the bad had already been assembled. ... show more
