The unit was nice but I couldn't use the GPS , the ZLink wouldn't start when connected to my phone, I cleared the history multiple times like the rep showed me but it stopped at connecting but never would connect, I purchased it for the Navigation as described but found out later I had to purchase the license for $150 and download it to the unit, I sent it back, I would love to have one that works properly with the GPS navigation already loaded.

Takes some time but installation is not too complicated. There are some good and helpful videos that show the process. My input is: take some time to upgrade the firmware and the apps to latest versions to get the system working fine. The Zlink app that came installed caused Apple Car play to have a huge delay on phone calls to the point it was impossible to hold a conversation. Latest version of Zlink in Linkswell website solved the problem. I like the fact that specs are true, and the features they say you retain and the ones you loose are correct. Bottom line, this is not a product that will operate perfectly out of the box, but if you spend some time setting it up it will be a lot better that the original equipment in your truck, no matter what it is.

Took 3 to 4 hrs to install, had to remove the center console with cup holders, instructions were pretty vague. I had to use a youtube video that showed the Gen II style screen. I lost Uconnect, the use of the microphone and my dual climate control. Not a bad product, I enjoy the ability to use Google Play Store to download apps.

First I will say, this is actually an awesome unit. I'm very happy with the product. What I am NOT happy with is how horrible customer service is and how poorly the install manuel is written. My unit was not powering on and I couldn't figure out why, then after a a few youtube videos I noticed 1 guy say you have to plug in the little brownish box that comes with the kit into the wiring harness or you will get no power. Either way, I got it all working and I'm happy with it. Customer service sucks though, bad. If I spend $1300 on your product, answer your damn phone when I call about it. Also, do not get the protection plan, it's a waste of money. I called them for help and they didn't even know what a Linkswell was, and ultimately all they said was they will transfer me to Linkswell, who did not answer. They were also extremely hard to understand, I had no idea what they were saying, they were from India or something. Had no idea at all what they were saying.

Hi. I'm not sure why this has low reviews. I guess because the reviews apply for many different models. I personally got the gen4 ram 2014-2018 radio and it IS AMAZINGGGG! BEST HACK...DOWNLOAD AN APP CALLED TASKER. YOU CAN USE THE APP TO AUTOMATICALLY ENABLE HOTSPOT WHEN YOUR RADIO DETECTS YOUR PHONES BLUETOOTH. IF YOU HAVE A DECENT PHONE PLAN. CONSISTENT DATA ON YOUR RADIO...MAPS...SPOTIFY...NETFLIX...WEB BROWSER...EMAIL WTV YOU NEED/WANT. GREAT PRODUCT!

It's a great stereo if it would work I received my initial stereo in March 2023 a couple months into having it , it went out giving me no picture this morning a couple months later I turn my truck on and was surprised by an extremely loud beeping and no picture to my stereo did the stereo reset luckily the loud Boise went away but the picture isn't showing at all very upset spent a lot of money on this stereo set for it not last me 1 year now having difficulty getting my money back Amazon shouldn't sale this product on here its a steal for our hard working money

Purchased this unit and installed it. Everything worked as it should except the camera. For some reason it would detect it at random times. Also, the screen had some dead pixels and uneven black lighting. (When the screen is displaying black colors you can see white areas). I ended up returning this and purchasing the JVC 10.1 radio at best buy as they provided free installation. It was about the same price and is a way better radio!!! Save your money and time. P.s. although it looks clean without the manual climate controls losing them was an annoying feature! Overall, the linkswell deserves a 2.8 out of 5 stars it’s just okay and for the price you can get a far superior radio with free installation! Hope this helps & best wishes.
