Takes some time but installation is not too complicated. There are some good and helpful videos that show the process. My input is: take some time to upgrade the firmware and the apps to latest versions to get the system working fine. The Zlink app that came installed caused Apple Car play to have a huge delay on phone calls to the point it was impossible to hold a conversation. Latest version of Zlink in Linkswell website solved the problem. I like the fact that specs are true, and the features they say you retain and the ones you loose are correct. Bottom line, this is not a product that will operate perfectly out of the box, but if you spend some time setting it up it will be a lot better that the original equipment in your truck, no matter what it is.

It's a great stereo if it would work I received my initial stereo in March 2023 a couple months into having it , it went out giving me no picture this morning a couple months later I turn my truck on and was surprised by an extremely loud beeping and no picture to my stereo did the stereo reset luckily the loud Boise went away but the picture isn't showing at all very upset spent a lot of money on this stereo set for it not last me 1 year now having difficulty getting my money back Amazon shouldn't sale this product on here its a steal for our hard working money

So starting off with the install. It's tedious. I wish there were some instructions that focus on your particular vehicle... Or any instructions at all lol Once I had it installed, I had 0 confidence it would even boot up, but it did, and was able to control everything it advertises. Initially I had an issue where my dual zone climate control would not be able to be controlled. However, following their vehicle specific guide of going into settings, system, setting guide and car model/ac, I was able to change it to the RAM/HIGH setting which (after cycling the ignition) gave me full control again just like stock. Going to have to test long term if it holds up in high/cold Temps and direct sunlight but my initial impression is way better than expected.

Took 3 to 4 hrs to install, had to remove the center console with cup holders, instructions were pretty vague. I had to use a youtube video that showed the Gen II style screen. I lost Uconnect, the use of the microphone and my dual climate control. Not a bad product, I enjoy the ability to use Google Play Store to download apps.

BEST HACK...DOWNLOAD AN APP CALLED TASKER. YOU CAN USE THE APP TO AUTOMATICALLY ENABLE HOTSPOT WHEN YOUR RADIO DETECTS YOUR PHONES BLUETOOTH. IF YOU HAVE A DECENT PHONE PLAN. CONSISTENT DATA ON YOUR RADIO...MAPS...SPOTIFY...NETFLIX...WEB BROWSER...EMAIL WTV YOU NEED/WANT. GREAT PRODUCT!

This system is awesome! I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. It is easy to install(lots of youtube videos for instructions). I had an issue where the antenna wire for the radio became frayed. I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new one within a few days! Great customer service and excellent product!!
