These. Bulbs. Are. SO. COOL!!!!!! Seriously, these are one of the best things we’ve ever bought for our house. (I’m serious. Easily falls within the Top 5 of our favorite-ever home purchases!) The app is super easy to use and very comprehensive in terms of features/options. I know these kinds of bulbs have been around for a bit, but it has been a new discovery for me and I am completely enthralled with them!! The day they arrived, I stayed up so late playing with them because it was just so much fun and made me happy. They were very easy to set up and connect to via the app. We have now installed the bulbs in every major area of our house and I have to share so many things I love about them: 1. Let me tell you, taking a steaming hot shower with your lights set to the colors of the Aurora Borealis (one of the many lighting presets available in the app) is just really freaking cool. 2. The regular white light mode is great, too. You can fine-tune the warmth and brightness with such precision – this is great for getting ready/putting makeup on, reading, etc. 3. Being able to change the light color in every room of your house is just so fun! Color-code your lighting based on your mood, your visual needs, etc. There are so many different features and customizations that can be made, it’s awesome. Creates an especially fun ambiance for gaming, watching TV, or having a party. 4. You can turn lights on/off with the app. Laid down in bed, got all warm & cozy, and then realized you forgot to turn the bathroom light off? No problem – just do it on the app. This is also pretty handy for when you’re traveling – you can either remotely turn lights on/off in the moment, or pre-schedule your lights to come on at certain times - making it appear that someone’s home even when they aren’t. 5. I can imagine this pre-scheduling feature also being a cool way to wake yourself up in the morning, if you’re like me and have a VERY hard time waking up/getting out of bed. I’m going to have to play with that feature a bit more, I think the only downfall to using it as a slow-wake type of device is that there doesn’t appear to be a way to gradually increase the brightness on a pre-scheduled turn-on time. But, I plan to try circumventing this manually – for example, setting the light to turn on at 10% brightness at 6:30 am, then setting another for 15% brightness at 6:35 am, and so on, so that it ultimately ends up achieving the same effect as one of those expensive sunrise alarm clocks. I will update my review once I try this! Overall, such a fun buy. Does everything we wanted and more. If you’re thinking about getting some of these, DO IT! You’ll have so much fun with them if you are easily amused and love RGB lighting as much as I do! :)

My husband purchased these bulbs and replaced all of the lights on the exterior of our home so that they turn on and off with a timer. So far they have worked wonderfully. They have multiple settings that change the colors of the lights i.e. Christmas, party, sunset, bonfire, and many more. The app is super intuitive compared to other devices that we have installed in our home. Overall these have been a great purchase so far!

Very easy to install, app and bulbs work great, my only gripe woth the app is that there are no color changing options unless you're syncing it with music. Tried to install in my lamp light and it flickered like crazy, stick to the fan lights.

I bought a set of these after getting frustrated with some color changing LED bulbs I'd been using for the last few years. I'm glad I did. Setup is easy. You need to download an app and create an account. After that, you simply associate the bulbs with your account and you're good to go. They work over WiFi and Bluetooth and can be assigned a name and easily be added to an Amazon Echo unit. The presets are nice, the light quality and color temperature and hue selections are well laid out. These bulbs were a great upgrade from my previous non-smart bulbs. If they hold up and the quality is still there in a few years, I'll be sticking with these.

I found these to be really neat! The presets and colors are terrific! I bought 6 of these at first and liked them so much I bought 2 more. I put them in all my outdoor lights and used the presets for Xmas. Nice effects that add to my Xmas decorations. Easy to program which I did inside before I put them outside. I was afraid they would lose internet connection when placed outside, but they didn’t. Now, we will see if they last..

These lights look great. So many colors, white tones, color changing patterns and themes. The thing I was most impressed with was ease of installation. Connected to WiFi super fast, and setup steps were very intuitive. Alexa was then able to recognize all of the lights automatically after set up in the AiDot app. I set up all four (4) lights, both in the app and on Alexa, and set up an on/off routine all in about 15 minutes. Best smart device experience I've ever had.
