got this product searching for a cheap bedframe for my younger brother and i. we moved back in with our mom and i needed smth cheap and temporary to just throw our new mattresses on. didnt want anything expensive because im moving out in the next few yrs and my mom doesnt own this home, she is renting. older brother and i put one of these together last night. the screws that come with this thing are just absolutely horrible. they dont even work well with any screwdrivers. it makes the frame difficult to put together properly. even after 2 hours, the frame was wobbly and crooked because the screws just dont fit the way they are supposed to, making the frame EXTREMELY loose. they dont actually hold onto screw drivers well (the hole that you put it into is just a straight up circle), you cant get it in the holes properly. not very sturdy because of this and it is very aggravating. younger brother's bed fell right off of the frame. i was expecting some type of lip or something that could keep the mattress from moving. theres nothing that holds the mattress in place except for these advesives, and they dont work well. at all. its as if there's nothing there. the pieces themselves seem to be a cheap metal which was fine by me. like i said, i am not interested in investing im proper quality pieces just yet. they seem like they'd last a long time, if not for the inability to put the frame together properly. debating getting different screws that may work better because theres no way i can get a refund for this frame and ive got one more to put together. there's a good amount of storage under the bed. but thats all this frame really has going for it other than that its cute. i suggest finding a better option if youre looking for a better frame. this thing will have to be replaced by something more expensive within the next year. disappointing. tl;dr crappy hardware. nothing holds the mattress in place. my disabled brother's bed just slid right off. cute frame but will need to be replaced quickly. good storage capacity underneath. not easy to assemble due to crappy hardware and difficult instructions. sturdy disassembled, but put together, wobbles too much because of the screws being horrific. do i recommend? unless you cant afford literally anything else, do not get this frame. very disappointing. put the money to something more worth it. update: one of the frames literally began to fall apart and it needs replacing because its broken in a way that cant be repaired.. very hit or miss product. ... show more
