There are so many things to like about this frame and just one disappointment! The Likes: Arrived on Time A BREEZE to set up after we figured out a 2nd cord was not necessary LOL I could've set this up on my own. Motor very quiet and the raising/lowering mechanism is smooth and gentle (won't catapult you across the room) Light weight for moving around. The Disappointment The width. It's an inch narrower than the standard mattress. I bought this for a person with mobility issues who will be staying a few weeks so the extra support at the side is missing for getting in/out of the bed. I've adjusted the mattress, of course, but now that's hanging way off to the other side. I'm a little concerned that the overhand will eliminate all the support if she uses that side. We'll see. I haven’t slept this well in years. I have a “delivered in a box” memory foam mattress that was too firm for me and just really uncomfortable. I didn’t want to wastefully throw it out and then spend the money to replace it but I kept waking up with lower back pain. A friend recommended that I try an adjustable base to raise my legs slightly and relieve the pressure on my lower back and IT WORKS. As for this product specifically, I’ve been using it for about a month and haven’t had any issues (if there is a problem I will update the review accordingly). So far I would highly recommend it and definitely think it was worth the price during Prime day - but I would still say that it is worth the full price as well. Assembly was doable by myself but would have definitely been easier with help. For context I’m a 5’9” woman in her late 20s that lifts weights regularly. ... show more

Was easy to assemble and its lightweight compare to others i saw in terms of moving around Plus this price point is a winner compare to other models. I wanted a lot of underbed space and a easy to move adjustable base since i like to shift my bed from time to time to different parts in the bedroom. I highly recommend 2 people to put it together as it is a little heavy for one person to do alone. Also i paid Amazon $20 to have it delivered up to the third floor and left unopened in the bedroom of choice. Was totally worth it since the box was big and too heavy for me to ask my neighbor to help carry. Overall im happy with my purchase. I only need to purchase the separate metal pieces that people use to attached the headboard. For now its just resting against the wall. A good perk is Linenspa offers a 5 year warranty on their website for this product. Make sure u register it. Most companies only offered 3 year. ... show more

Very sturdy and perfect for our friend. Problem with delivery company. Didn't deliver on right day. Then said they tried to delivered another day but but I have cameras and no one came. 3rd time was charmed. No one answers their phone or call you back chewbacca so need better communication.

Had to get a hospital style bed for my mom so she could come home from the nursing home after a massive stroke. Looked at many different ones and settled on this one. It works just like the say. The motors are very quiet. It was very easy to assemble. The controller works well and is simple. I paid the extra to have it delivered to the room I needed it in. The frame fit nicely in our existing headboard and footboard. The only issue is the delivery company (CEVA). They scheduled the delivery 3 times before it finally arrived. I had to stay home each day from 9 AM - 3 PM with no call letting me know that it would not be delivered that day. I called each time until it finally was delivered. I was told the delivery team would call 30 minutes prior, which did not happen. The frame is great but the delivery company leaves a lot to be desired. ... show more
