I was leery about purchasing a bed without seeing it in person. And one rolled up for delivery to boot. This was a smart buy. A lot of people complained about a variety of issues. Bedbugs, lumps, sagging soon after purchase. I had none of those problems. Open it up and give it 24 hours, that's all mine took to expand to just short of 10 inches. Follow the instructions and you can sleep on it the second night. I was not disappointed! I am getting good rest and waking up without the stiffness and achy feeling from my old pillow top mattress. It's soft yet firm giving support where my body needs it most. I highly recommend this product as does my back. My only regret is not getting the Queen size. At 6' 1" I fit comfortably in the Full size but bigger would be better. Get a sturdy base. I bought the foldout metal frame. I wouldn't want to have rambunctious sex on this base, it might get broken. ... show more

Slept over at my in-laws and had to ask about their guest bed because it was so comfortable! They said it was linenspa so my husband and i immediately bought one for our main bed and the guest bed. I’ve owned this mattress for a few months now, and I must say that I wasn’t expecting it to be this great. I’m a larger person, so finding a comfortable mattress isn’t always the easiest thing to do. The twelve inch mattress is the perfect middle ground for me. I don’t sink into it and also don’t fee like I’m sleeping on a rock. One thing to note is that it’s pretttty heavy; so, if you’re hauling this upstairs alone just keep that in mind. I had to use a dolly to pull it up the stairs.
