I've purchased these Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate bars several times, and they were always fresh and tasty. This last box was definitely NOT as good. The chocolate bars don't expire until May 2026, BUT... they taste VERY stale and have an "off" flavor. They are just not good, like they usually are. The bars are also not the same texture as they usually are - they are much more brittle. Normally, the chocolate is softer than the bars in this box. We've tried pieces from three different bars in this box, and all three have this stale, off-flavor taste. I am assuming since all the bars expire at the same time and are in the same box, they are all going to taste bad. As it is, we won't be eating these bars - which is really unfortunate considering how expensive this box is. What a waste of money. I won't be buying these bars in bulk any more, that's for sure! ... show more
