Packed well to seal its freshness. I got the package with the XL-sized bars still cold. It also came in a decent box containing all the chocolate bars ordered. The quality of Hersheys chocolate is also the same as how I liked. However, there is just a flaw on the packaging which is not the merchant's fault. Some might mistake to think that the 16 pieces would pertain to the number of chocolate bars in the box. This is because of how it is printed in larger font than the “12 pieces” which is the actual number of bars. But it is not. It pertains to the number of chocolates in a bar. Still, all in all, it is a great purchase for me without having to leave the house while I recuperate from sickness. ... show more
