Tasty! What I especially like is that unlike other chocolate companies, they continue to sell them/ship them in the heat of the Summer. I often get them in a box with cooler packs and they arrive in fine condition. I used to buy Ghiardelli chocolate squares, but they won't ship when weather's warm. Can't beat 50 cents for one of these, so wait for when they run a sale which is quite often. ... show more

I bought them some as a gift years ago and to this day, this is her favorite candy and now I when I order I order the 48 or the 96 pieces if they have the larger size it taste great it looks good the crunchiness with the hazelnut inside and the chocolate it makes me want some now. Positives: Three-Layered Flavor, Good for All Temperatures, Premium Look Negatives: Possible Quality Issues? First off, I really love this chocolate from Ferrero Rocher since you can get three types of texture in one chocolate piece, which is the hard external chocolate shell, middle soft creamy chocolate cream, and a hazelnut as the innermost layer. So it is similar to biting into a chocolate that has a crispy, creamy, yet a firm texture all at the same time, which is just a wonderful experience every time you take a bite. Not only that, this chocolate tastes good even when you eat it at normal room temperatures, tastes even better when you eat it refrigerator-cold since it makes the crispy texture stands out more, and even in sweaty hot temperatures, the chocolate's creamy texture really stands out since it just melts in your mouth without any type of resistance. Due to its gold-color wrapping and a cupcake-style look, these chocolates have been used as gifts to friends and family members, and they did not lose their sweet touch since it looks good while it tastes even better. But, one of the issues with these chocolates is I did hear claims where customers found insects coming out of the chocolates since the innermost layer is filled with hazelnut, which discouraged our family for some time from trying these chocolates out. If you don't mind the quality issues and you are the type of eating the chocolate up quickly and efficiently, then these chocolates will be a great pick for you, and regarding the quality issues, it only happens on a rare occasion, so for a customer's standpoint, the possibility of that happening will be closer to zero, but just be informed that it did happen on rare occasions, which brought complaints from its regular customers. ... show more
