I love these pillows. I originally used cheap pillows and wasn’t waking up refreshed. Switching from low quality to the tempurpedic cooling pillows was nice initially but started to cause neck and shoulder pain after awhile. I was not realizing the side effects until the daily aches and pain were intolerable. I searched high and low looking for a pillow that would alleviate the pain and help me achieve deeper sleep. I cannot begin to explain how amazing this pillow is. Within 3 days the pain became less and less. Now after 2 weeks of using this pillow it’s undoubtedly top of the line and well worth the money. I even had a problem with the first one I tried because it was the soft version of the 800fp king. It was still a very good shift from the previous tempurpedic. It just felt a little flat for my taste. When I reached out to Lincove, Jane assisted me in getting a Medium to replace the Soft. She made this incredibly easy and was extremely nice when helping me with my issue. If your looking to get a pillow that is well worth every penny, including service that exceeds expectations, look no further. I purchased three of these pillows. i recently relocated home to the US. all of my household belongings are on a very slow boat from NZ! I was unable to get a good night's sleep because of the memory foam pillows used where we are currently staying. I must sleep on my back most of the night due to severe damage to my shoulder that will require replacement. These pillows were wonderful. I honestly thought the first single pillow to arrive was too firm and gave it a few days before I mistakenly ordered the other two. I meant to purchase the 600 FP but due to my sleep shopping, I didn't realize I ordered the same 800FP until I started writing this review. I'm not sure if the pillow covers and cases made that much difference, but it does. Due to the high loft of these pillows make sure you use pillow protectors that don't envelop your pillow like a sausage or you defeat the purpose of selecting a soft vs a firm pillow. The travel bag is a nice bonus and it arrived beautifully packaged - worthy of an unboxing video. Good night... ... show more
