I am a back and side (somewhat) sleeper so I tried a Signature Medium as it is recommended for back sleeping. It is heavenly. Works for both back and side and I am someone with back and neck issues so this is wonderful for me. Accordingly, I ordered a second Signature Medium. I also had numerous communications with the company both before and after purchasing the pillow and I cannot say enough nice things about them. You get a live person when you call. They know their products and if they are unsure of something, they look into getting you answers and they call you back. They are great with email correspondences too and are truly all about making sure you are pleased with your product and their service. If you're looking for a pillow and especially if you have body issues or even if you don't, you cannot go wrong with their pillows. I personally believe their Signature pillow is about the best quality of any pillow on the market and did some research prior to purchasing. They are filled with Hutterite Goose Down taken from the Hutterites' Geese when killed for meat. So no artificial materials, no feathers to poke through, but just soft non-smelling down. These issues are important to me because the geese are for food not just pillows and contain nothing artificial or smelly as I like to keep my lungs clear and unpolluted. These pillows satisfy all my desires and, as I have already said, are heavenly. So there are all the reasons I highly recommend these pillows and the Lincove family. You will not be disappointed. Their customer service would not allow you to be.

Love the feel! I ordered the standard size soft. It is firmer than I expected! Haven’t had a pure down pillow in 50 years! Had to give them up due to partner allergies. It was very hard to give my down up! After a few nights it still seems firmer than I’d like, but a little bit softer. I think it will get softer in time. At least I hope so!

These pillows are fantastic! It is 100% down, no feathers, which is really important to me. They feel like perfect clouds. The quality of the material and the stitching is excellent. Lincove does an amazing job. The only problem I had was there was a smell that I personally didn’t like. I’ve had down pillows my whole life so I don’t think it was relative to down in general. The smell was some thing I couldn’t sleep with so I ended up returning them. But they’re amazing pillows and I wish so much that I could have kept them. If you don’t mind what they smell like, or if I just got an odd batch that maybe had some moisture in it, then you will likely love these pillows.

I bought the Queen Firm Cloud pillow before and it was too underfilled for my taste and my head sank all the way down. I traded it for the Queen Firm Signature pillow because I was told by a rep it would feel denser. The difference is almost unnoticeable and Even this Signature Queen Firm is not dense enough to support my head high enough to not cause neck and shoulder pain. For some reason they show a woman in the video laying her head on the FIRM pillow and her head is waaay high, doesn't sink it much. That's VERY misleading and in reality the pillow is MUCH flatter than what they show in the video - more like their Medium pillow. But the quality is there, the softness is amazing and if you put your hand under it or lean it against another pillow it feels good. It is denser than any other down firm pillow I tried from other companies. If it had 5-10 more ounces of fill it would be PERFECT.

Originally bought this in medium firmness and was a little too soft for me and sent it back and got the firm. The pillows are super comfortable and of great quality. Lincove's customer service was fantastic also. I did have some issues with Amazon on the return due to the cost of the item, which I wasn't aware of and on the website said I would get my refund in a very short period of time. Apparently, for items over a certain dollar amount, your refund might take much longer, up to 30 days. Amazon customer service was not very helpful or clear on this. However, if you go with these pillows, I think you will really like them.
