Based on reviews I ordered the medium fill pillow in queen size because I was afraid firm would be too firm. I slept on the medium pillow for three nights. When I would first lay down it was perfect, but I woke up frequently with it completely flat. I'm a side sleeper. So I called the company and they said I can keep the pillow I already had and they would send me a queen size firm one at no cost. Once I got the firm one it was perfect. Usually pillows that provide enough support are too hard and make my head hurt. This pillow is so perfect and worth spending a little more money on. Great pillow! I originally ordered the standard soft. It arrived beautifully packaged, along with a really cool travel bag. Ultimately after trying it for a few nights, however, it ended up being TOO soft, so I called Lincove customer service. Melissa was absolutely amazing, and helped guide me to a better pillow for my needs. It turns out the king-size pillow with medium fill is a better choice for me, as a side sleeper. I just needed a bit more support. The process was incredibly easy, due to Melissa’s excellent customer service. Truly … she made my day with how helpful and polite she was. Service like that is incredibly rare these days. I give Lincove 5 stars for both the product AND the service. The new pillow arrived promptly, and also contained another beautiful and handy travel bag. The king size, medium fill pillow is a great fit for me, as a petite side sleeper. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for YEARS, and I think I’ve finally found it. This Lincove pillow is like sleeping on a comfy cloud. Still supportive, but SO soft and marshmallow-ey. I was initially unsure about paying this much for a pillow, but then I thought about it as an investment in my sleep, and it became clear that the price is 100% worth it. After all, we use our pillows for several hours a night, every night. And the warrantee is for 5 years. Normally I replace my (lower quality) pillows about once a year. I am a side sleeper, back sleeper and belly sleeper and this pillow is absolutely perfect for all 3. I bought this over a year ago and it's still nearly the same. I bought a 2nd one for my husband as he has back problems and his brand new one is just a smidgen more firm. So after a year it will loosen up a tad, but still has great mold-ability, support and softness. And I used to be someone who would buy $10 pillows from Target. I will continue to buy this pillow forever, but doubtful I'll need a replacement for at least another 5 years. ... show more
