ms total, so if you separate the 2 halves only one half can have arms. The size is small. Back support is short (lacking a head rest), and the seat area is also small. The chaise will leave your feet hanging off. If your a short person this might be okay. For tall people... or the long legged type it will seem kid sized. When fully opened up its just a little more then a twin sized bed. You can remove the back cushions to get more room. The back cushions are soft but the rest is on the harder side. Ive watched this price dance around as I've thought about getting a second one. Im thinking to put two chaise together and the rest as a longer couch. The arms are separate so you can take it back appart and assemble it any way you want. Thats a big plus... for me. The pet cover, blanket, and pillows were all bought on amazon.

It would be better I'd the back could move to provide better "sleeping" as it isn't quite long enough. I am 5'7" and I can't stretch out without hitting either side when laying down, and as you can see by my husband who is 5'4" his legs are over the edge when sitting on the fully extended part. It is very comfortable though! Both to sit and lay on! Overall we are happy with it!

I enjoy having lots of space in my room and fell in love with the idea of switching to this and getting rid of the traditional bed. It came in three boxes that were pretty heavy but for my 5'1 self I was still able to lift and move everything around myself. The instructions are very clear and easy an
d I was able to set it up in about an hour maybe a little more. The other reviews arent wrong, it is a little stiff but surprisingly I've found that I love it a little stiff. Im still able to sit on it for hours on end comfortably and when I go to bed Im out like a light. One of the best decisions Ive ever made and its really not too much trouble to put away all my pillows and blanket after waking up in the morning. The process only takes a minute, maybe less. It is a bit smaller than my old full bed but is still slightly bigger than a twin. My boyfriend and I can still lay on it comfortably together. Overall, I love it and would highly recommend for someone who enjoys having extra space like I do or even for people looking for guest room alternative.

Great sofa for a small apartment

This couch exceeded all expectations! It is absolutely great for a small apartment! There were three of us putting it together so even the assembly was a breeze (we have extensive experience building ikea furniture so maybe we are well trained for this). The couch is firm, and sturdy, and honestly we
are leaving it pulled out since it doesnāt take up that much room. And it just looks nice. As far as sleeping on it, itās firm and comfy. I did buy a pillow top mattress pad for under the sheet and it made for a decent night sleep. I absolutely recommend and would buy another one if I ever needed to!

uct is how little give it has and how easy it is for you to feel the wood under your bum. I bought this because I am on a budget but the moment I am able to afford something else I will! My butt cannot take it anymore, if I sit on this couch for too long I have absolutely no feeling on my legs or bum. If you are looking for a couch for an area of your home that isnāt really used by your family, by all means this is a great buy! I have 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms I converted into a craft room and the other spare room belongs to my grandkids. We will be having out of town guests coming in for my daughterās wedding at the end of September. I really needed that extra sleeping space. The length of the couch is performing me. I do wish that the chase lounge was a little longer and the cushions were a little deeper. Iām only 5ā3 and even my knees comes out further than the couch when sitting down lol. Overall Iām loving! The is very strong I guess you can say. The seats are very firm (hopefully the grands wonāt tear it up) but the back cushions are softer.It was just me pushing it in my door frame and putting it together. Very simple. It took me a little over an hour and a half but at one point I smashed my thumb in the part that pulls out. So I need a break from that and to eat. Iām definitely 8/10 happy with my purchase. fabulous couch that gets more comfortable with time

Iāve been in need of a couch and have been eyeing one at IKEA for awhile now. The one at ikea was essentially the same thing but a lot more expensive. Of course the ikea variation has a more āmodernā feel and it was slightly softer. However, Iāve owned a lot of ikea furniture and Iām sure the quality
of the hardware and the furniture is exactly the same. This one was significantly cheaper and it was available in yellow. I just like bright furniture, okay? I was definitely hesitant. There are mixed reviews. So Iāll address some of the common concerns. 1. People claim this is hard to put togetherā¦..it really isnāt. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together in my own; Iām a 5ā7ā woman who is physically cable BUT Iām not super athletic by any means, im a student and I sit around reading books for fun. Im a little squishy. On that note, I would recommend a power drill. Itās not necessary but it will make putting the legs on so so much easier. I think an able bodied person is perfectly capable of putting this together. 2. It is very stiff. I would agree with this. It is by far the stiffest couch Iāve ever owned. Now I donāt totally mind that. I donāt like couches that are too squishy. I do hope it breaks in a little bit with use though. I will likely by a foam topper for the bed just because I canāt imagine sleeping on just the futon would be comfortable. 3. Some people say it isnāt sturdy. I just got it today but this things seems pretty rock solid. I donāt really know what people do to their couches ahah. I will probably sit on this thing daily and do homework on it. I canāt imagine how you could break this thing easily. Considering the price point, this thing is ROCK solid. We will see if my teenage brother can break it though (he broke the last one we had) This couch seems like itās worth the money. I feel like some reviewers are expecting $3,000 couch quality out of a $500 couch. My expectations were pretty low and it exceeds them. I think this will make a decent sleeping arrangement for people visiting with a mattress topper. I think 2 people could comfortably sleep in it. I also love the storage feature and itās super usable and accessible. Iām also happy with the yellow. Itās a little brighter than I had hoped but I honestly expected that based on the pictures. So far I am happy with my purchase. Hopefully this couch will last until I can save enough to buy a nicer couch.

So glad I bought this couch! It came in three huge boxes while I was at work and they were positioned in such a way that I had to move them in order to get to my door. But once it was unpacked, it was super simple to put together. I have a drill and I timed the process, less than thirty minutes later
I was able to have it all put together. Perfect little couch for two people to chill on and watch movies together. Once it is pulled out into a bed there is a lot more room than I thought there would be. My brother will have no problem sleeping on it when he crashes at my place now!
