The media could not be loaded. I have a twin XL bed and there are random gaps between the bed and bedframe, but its not really a concern for me, just weird. The head rest is very soft for the material its made out of and its pretty sturdy. I love how easy it was to put together. But I’ve only had it for a day. The only thing I will say is that the height doesn’t change that much, it does but i wish mine was way higher so I could fit my box spring.
