I love this bed, its cute, easy to put together, and feels like it can take a beating. The plug works and the slats are metal, all the pieces came with it, etc. My one complaint, and the reason for the star deduction, is that it seems to be s l i g h t l y bigger than a queen. Either that or the queen mattress i bought is slightly small. I say this because, if i pull the mattress up to be flush with the headboard, theres a huge gap at the foot of the bed. Normlly i wouldnt mind but the last cross bar underneath isnt under the mattress so if i sit on the edge of the bed i WILL fall off. Overall, i feel like im getting my moneys worth. But if the gap is a dealbreaker for you, buyer beware. ... show more

My daughter wanted a bed with some storage under it, and since we were completely redoing her room, we didn’t have a huge budget for a bed. This was exactly what she wanted, and it was offered at an amazing price. I was a little hesitant, but the reviews were good, so we decided to give it a try. The bed arrived in 1 box, it was heavy, but we were thrilled it was easy to bring in and store for a few days until we could put it together. It was packaged nicely on the inside, lots of styrofoam to keep everything in place. All pieces were clearly marked and the screws and small pieces were all packed together, and marked. We found the instructions to be easy to follow, and the bed took us about 2 hours to put together, but that was using our tools (drill with Allen head socket and quarter inch ratchet) It would probably take double that time if you used the tools included. Everything went together easily and perfect with the exception of the plug in extension, the holes didn’t line up, so we had to tap new holes, but that was simple and took no time. The bed is well made and her standard full sized mattress fit perfect. So far, it’s proven to be very sturdy. The drawers aren’t super big, but perfect for storing extra blankets, clothes, toys, or whatever. The drawers slide easily on her wood laminate floor, without scratching it. Other than the holes not lining up for the plug in extension, we had no issues and would definitely recommend this bed. ... show more

Assembly pretty straight forward. Lots of screws. Material has led up since sleeping on it for a month now. Haven’t notice squeaks. Drawers at the bottom just roll out and are not attached to a track. Kinda only downfall but looks great!
