This is honestly a very nice couch if you don't want anything to crazy just a nice comfy spot to chill. It's a great size and super easy to put together. And just looks good when you walk in to a space. Also the customer service is amazing. When I received the couch they accidentally gave me two of the left side pieces and no right side. It looked very silly. But I message them and I feel like the next day I had the right side of the couch. They were very on top of it and super nice. There were no reviews when I ordered this, so I had faith in the stock photos. There was a tiny mishap with shipping, but it was corrected. The sofa arrived in two large boxes, and it was very easy to assemble. After three days, everything was plump and sturdy. The size is just as I hoped for, and it’s very comfortable! It fits my lifestyle and I love that it’s a modular so I can move it for cleaning or daily function. The color of greige is definitely more beige, but it works for my space. Also, I’m a cat mom so I say it’s pet-friendly! She has nails, and it’s been a few weeks with no tears (I don’t encourage scratching furniture and she has toys for that, but it happens). I will get a small vacuum since she has long-hair. It doesn’t stick awfully to the sofa so that’s a win. This sofa is great for anyone who wants simple, large, aesthetically-pleasing furniture for a great price that is easy to move around. I love it! ... show more

I was curious and anxious to see how this couch would look and fit. There was not enough reviews but I took a chance and I am impressed. It arrived quickly and was easy to setup. After setting it up we did not sit or jump on it. We waited a full 72 hours before touching or sitting on it. If you buy this couch, you must wait 72 hours. The picture speaks for itself. It’s firm yet comfortable, the color is exactly what I needed, the height is perfect and as pictured on Amazon. Genuinely surprised by this purchase. Impressed with the quality for the price for sure! Firm enough to give proper support but plush at the same time. Customer photos don't do it justice, I was skeptical but very glad I went through with the purchase. My family is on the taller side, the height is pretty good for us. I like the grain, I got grey and it is a lovely shade, especially when the sunlight hits it. Surprisingly easy to move, not particularly heavy for a quite large couch. Glad this was a TRUE, no assembly purchase. Once I cut it out of the packaging, it grew to its true size within a day and has been a welcome edition ever since. ... show more

First this couch was epexted to deliver like the Oct 24th, but actually delivered in 2 days from purchase on the 19th which was incredible. We have now had this this couch for 2 weeks and love it. With the seat height being 18.5" it's slightly higher than most boneless couches by 2" and on par with your average couch witch is typically 17"-19". That being said it still feels just a little low to us which we are going to remedy ourselves by building a 3" platform. But overall the couch is comfortable and great size. I think what always throws people is the back height being short on these types of couches, but the cushions have an extra support behind them which makes it unnoticeable when you're sitting. The only issue I really had was I felt like the pillows didn't really fluff up, but if you have a hand held garment steamer you can take the covers off and give them a little boost. ... show more

This couch is awesome. Shipping was faster than expected- be aware that it does need to be signed for upon delivery- don't miss the first attempt like we did! The foam is firm but comfortable, my 6'5, 300lb fiance can comfortably sit and lay on this couch with me (though the middle piece does tend to sink down more than the others, but it bounces right back into shape!). There are velcro straps to keep all of the segments together if you don't plan on moving them around. The fabric is soft, and the pillowcases are all removable- the round, tube shaped pillows also slide out of the back cushions/pillows for even more customized comfort. Overall a 10 out of 10 purchase, cheaper than any other sectional this size. A tad low, but it's basically the same height our previous couch was so it wasn't a big deal for us. ... show more

Not only is this couch comfortable but it’s also very stylish, the colors amazing and the fabric is good quality even with two dogs it’s not always covered in hair. Also the company was super helpful, our center section did not stiffen up as much as the other two pieces and when I asked how I could fix that at all, they offered us a full refund or a new center section, no returns necessary at all! We had the new piece within a week and since it was boxed with the ottoman we got a second one, no charge! I would highly recommend this brand, not a lot of companies are willing to go above and beyond these days. ... show more
