This couch is everything I had hoped for. Looks just like the picture, super comfy and soft. It’s pretty firm, but I need back support and this fits the bill. The color is really nice and exactly as it is in the picture. Didn’t have to break the bank and not having to build another piece of furniture was amazing! It took the full three days to expand so trust the process. I steamed it after the three days and that really helped it smooth out. I had been looking for a “boneless couch” for two months until I finally found this couch and I am so happy I went with this one. Two months of scrolling through pages and pages of couches and reading reviews that felt very… AI generated to me… I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to order a couch online at all with how scammy so many products seem (and usually are). I must note that I received the outer pieces of the couch the day after I received the inner piece and the ottoman. The inner and ottoman expanded how they were supposed to, but the outer pieces were defective (the arm rests were level with the seat and the back rests slouched and had gaps in between when I tried to put the sectional together). I saw someone’s review about how easy the seller made the exchange process so I was hopeful and reached out. They responded within 24 hours, I sent pictures and they shipped new outer pieces the next day. The replacement pieces expanded great and I am loving my new sectional! Extremely firm foam. Holds a lot of weight without compressing in height. Customer service was extremely quick and accommodating. Very pleased. Wish they sold pieces separately to make different configurations. Love the ottomans. Want more of them. Needs more color options also. Highly recommend. EVEN IF I hated this sofa , which I certainly do not, the customer service from this company is150%!!! I had n issue, it was solved! This company offered solutions that were unheard of.. I HAD OPTIONS!!! Once my son moves, I will be ordering more pieces! I sleep well on this sofa, almost too good. Support is amazing… firm! I like firm! I didn’t notice any smell at all. We had some issues with the expansion and unevenness/quality of the couch. We gave it the recommended week, then, when pieces weren't lining up or fully expanding, we reached out to customer service to see what our options were. They gave us some great instructions and advice on how to encourage the sofa to expand fully but it did not work unfortunately. After sending pictures to show our specific couch was not up to par, they quickly resolved the issue without question. This is definitely a company I would consider purchasing from again! As far the sofa, the color was nice, it is a firm foam with deep seats, there's not much back support so it would need to be backed up against a wall. It was also very large so make sure you take measurements and have the room. The bottom has grippy material to prevent sliding and there are velcro attachments on the bottom to keep pieces together. ... show more

Very fast shipping and delivery received days before expected. In 4 boxes unpacking was fun the hissing as it is released is fun. It's been 24 hours it has expanded 1/2 so I think it will truly take the full 72 hrs to fill out 100%. I love it the material is amazing and the stool which is ready is comfy I can't wait!! EDIT: The seller is quick to respond and very easy to work with. We are currently working on a solution The sectional did not “inflate” properly with both ends sagging. The back rest is much like a recliner with no support. The material is very itchy and uncomfortable. A return is impossible as it has partially expanded and cannot be shipped in its current form. I reached out to customer service 3 days ago with no response. It looks as if I will have a $600 couch being stored in the basement. I do not recommend this product! ... show more

I dont care enough to do reviews but I had to do this one. If you needed a sign to buy them, this is it. The color absolutely stunning please also remember that the lighting in the room affects the way the couch looks. My walls are white so they green looks much brighter. Its super comfortable and the perfect size for a small apartment. The quality is actually really good for the price point. it was super easy to put together, no tools required as its boneless. Do me a favor and DONT FREAK OUT when it comes out of the package. It look small you are going to think you made a huge mistake but do not worry IT WILL GROW!! but please be patient, do not sit on it for the FULL 72 hours!!!
