This couch is everything I had hoped for. Looks just like the picture, super comfy and soft. It’s pretty firm, but I need back support and this fits the bill. The color is really nice and exactly as it is in the picture. Didn’t have to break the bank and not having to build another piece of furniture was amazing! It took the full three days to expand so trust the process. I steamed it after the three days and that really helped it smooth out. I had been looking for a “boneless couch” for two months until I finally found this couch and I am so happy I went with this one. Two months of scrolling through pages and pages of couches and reading reviews that felt very… AI generated to me… I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to order a couch online at all with how scammy so many products seem (and usually are). I must note that I received the outer pieces of the couch the day after I received the inner piece and the ottoman. The inner and ottoman expanded how they were supposed to, but the outer pieces were defective (the arm rests were level with the seat and the back rests slouched and had gaps in between when I tried to put the sectional together). I saw someone’s review about how easy the seller made the exchange process so I was hopeful and reached out. They responded within 24 hours, I sent pictures and they shipped new outer pieces the next day. The replacement pieces expanded great and I am loving my new sectional! I purchased 2 of these, they arrived promptly, and all the boxes arrived at the same time. The couches are over sized, which I love, the cushions are firm, and the fabric is soft. The color was exactly as I had expected and they are the perfect accompaniment to our living room. The backs of the couch are half the height we are used to, but they are actually really comfortable. I did have issues with them expanding fully, so I reached out to the seller for tips on what I could do. The seller is incredibly responsive and helpful. We were able to make things right, and I’m happy with the purchase overall. I would recommend giving them a shot. For the price, the quality is pretty good, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. There was virtually no assembly required, which was a pleasant surprise. The size is perfect for open spaces, and the color is absolutely stunning. While the back of the couch is slightly lower than expected, it fits the overall modern style. The cushions are firm yet still very comfortable. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service—I reached out about one of the pieces not fully inflating, and the team responded quickly and sent a replacement within just a few days. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this. I recently moved states away and had to furnish a new apartment from scratch. Trying to save money, I purchased most of my furniture off of Amazon. I've ordered traditional couches in the same price range before online and I've always been disappointed. I was hesitant to order another couch online without trying it out first, but felt I didn't really have another option. These boneless couches seemed like they might be just what I needed, and I certainly didn't want to waste money on another subpar traditional couch online. I read countless reviews and really thought long and hard before settling on this one. I'm so glad I did. I love my new couch! As I had seen recommended, as soon as I opened the couch I steam cleaned it. This helped with wrinkles in the fabric, and seemed to speed up the inflation process. I steamed it again before bed that night. The next day I steamed it twice again and it had expanded so well that my son actually slept on it that night (he's visiting from college and was so over the air mattress). The pictures don't do it justice. I promise you. My couch is fully expanded and looks amazing. I have zero complaints. The couch itself feels firm yet comfortable. I'm short (5'0") so the back height and seat depth are fine for me. I usually sit cross cross applesauce anyways. My partner is 6'1" and says the back is fine with a pillow behind him and depth is good. Everyone who has come over to see my new place comments on my couch. Multiple have commented how they've been curious about them and how surprised they are that they look so good and are so comfortable. The color gets compliments as well. My only complaint is that I don't care for corduroy much, but it's durable and should hold up well. So really, that's not much of a complaint. ... show more
