This couch is everything I had hoped for. Looks just like the picture, super comfy and soft. It’s pretty firm, but I need back support and this fits the bill. The color is really nice and exactly as it is in the picture. Didn’t have to break the bank and not having to build another piece of furniture was amazing! It took the full three days to expand so trust the process. I steamed it after the three days and that really helped it smooth out. I had been looking for a “boneless couch” for two months until I finally found this couch and I am so happy I went with this one. Two months of scrolling through pages and pages of couches and reading reviews that felt very… AI generated to me… I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to order a couch online at all with how scammy so many products seem (and usually are). I must note that I received the outer pieces of the couch the day after I received the inner piece and the ottoman. The inner and ottoman expanded how they were supposed to, but the outer pieces were defective (the arm rests were level with the seat and the back rests slouched and had gaps in between when I tried to put the sectional together). I saw someone’s review about how easy the seller made the exchange process so I was hopeful and reached out. They responded within 24 hours, I sent pictures and they shipped new outer pieces the next day. The replacement pieces expanded great and I am loving my new sectional! Writing this review for fellow plus size folks looking into the boneless couch trend. I’m 300lbs. Shipping: Quick and easy. We received the middle piece and ottoman a few days before the outer pieces. No issues or delays. 5/5 Setup: Beyond easy. Unroll it first then cut open the bag. Everything inflated as it should with no issues. No smell or anything. 5/5 Aesthetic: Stunning color and nice quality fabric. 5/5 Comfort and support: The middle seat is the most supportive - I believe because it has the most flat sitting space (the side pieces have the arm rests). The closer you get to the edge, the more it sinks in. Sitting in the middle seat toward the back is very comfortable and supportive. If you sit on the edge, you will sink down some. But not terrible. We’re getting used to getting up from a lower position now and it’s fine. The outer seats are a little different. If you sit on the front corner edge closest to the middle seat, you will sink in…a lot. If you sit in the back corner edge near the arm rest…you’re fine. Once you sink in on the outer seats, you’re down. I’ve had to just go down to the floor a couple times to get back up. Laying down is very comfortable and there’s lots of room. Getting up from a laying position is a little tricky, as the couch sinks as you get up and get closer to the edge. Again, theres been a few times I’ve had to go all the way down to the ground to get back up again. It’s a learning curve from a “regular” couch. The ottoman is not as supportive as the couch. You will sink down. Good seating option for your lighter friends and family. Overall, once you find your “spots” on the couch, its fairly supportive and comfortable for a heavy body. 3/5 Overall: As a plus size person, I knew this purchase could come back to haunt me. I was pleasantly surprised. While it’s not perfect, it’s way better than I was anticipating. There are some negatives, but I feel the positives outweigh them. I’m not anticipating this couch to last any more than a few years, but that’s all I was hoping for anyway. There was virtually no assembly required, which was a pleasant surprise. The size is perfect for open spaces, and the color is absolutely stunning. While the back of the couch is slightly lower than expected, it fits the overall modern style. The cushions are firm yet still very comfortable. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service—I reached out about one of the pieces not fully inflating, and the team responded quickly and sent a replacement within just a few days. I bought this couch a year ago and I’m still happy with it. The color hasn’t faded and it is still very firm. I have a 5 year old who jumps on it more than he should - no issues. The set up was super easy, literally unwrap and wait. It took a week before the whole couch firmed up. The back was wonky for almost a week, so don’t let that worry you. It eventually levels out. The material/fabric is soft and the corduroy looks nice. It fits in with the mid century vibes of my house. It is adjustable and easy to reposition. Overall, great for the price. We had some issues with the expansion and unevenness/quality of the couch. We gave it the recommended week, then, when pieces weren't lining up or fully expanding, we reached out to customer service to see what our options were. They gave us some great instructions and advice on how to encourage the sofa to expand fully but it did not work unfortunately. After sending pictures to show our specific couch was not up to par, they quickly resolved the issue without question. This is definitely a company I would consider purchasing from again! As far the sofa, the color was nice, it is a firm foam with deep seats, there's not much back support so it would need to be backed up against a wall. It was also very large so make sure you take measurements and have the room. The bottom has grippy material to prevent sliding and there are velcro attachments on the bottom to keep pieces together. ... show more
