The media could not be loaded. The chair arrived on scheudle , the box was undamaged and everything looked great. Unit seems well constructed. It is quite easy to fold and unfold taking little space to store at home or in the car. I have used it most of the time in my house but on many occasions I have used it outside in grass, gravel, dirt and on my sidewalks. It handles all surfaces with ease and remains stable in pretty sharp turns at a reasonable speed. This is my fourth wheelchair and it is easily my favorite for all around use and is by far the best on uneven terrain or when there is need to go up slopes that are far steeper than any public access wheelchair ramps I have encountered. is there any way the speed can be lowered from what it is. much to fast for a small chair also can the voice be stopped when going forward with the joystick it keeps saying reverse and is nerve recking

This product was bought for a senior who is unable to walk. The product arrived in a severely damaged box and the charger was broken. The legs in the chair are too short for individuals who are taller than 5’ 2 “. The seller has refused to cover the total cost to return their defective product. I have another chair. This one has larger wheels and a little more power. I like how it deals with access ramps, thresholds and uneven roads. The other chair cost twice as much as this one and has turned out to be unreliable. I feel that I made a good investment in this chair.

I bought this to use after my recovery from foot surgery. It's the perfect size for in the house and also for going outside on all kinds of terrain. It's also foldable and can be used on the airplane. Light and small enough to be placed in trunk of car. Really pleased with this electric wheelchair!
