Purchased with third party vendor via Amazon. Think it's 5 star if client kept the chair and can determine more. Looks well built, felt sturdy and secure. This electric wheelchair was perfect width size fitting through tad less standard bathroom doorways and smoothly rolls over carpet. Client liked the chair and was looking forward to having freedom of mobility but was not able to independently get into the chair safely. The flip-up footrest platform and not finding the right grip placement for transferring were obstacles for the client in not finding balance to safely getting into the chair. Client is 95 years old, physically weak but mentally sharp. Respectful vendor was immediately responsive and maintained communication during return process. Unless defective, product must be in original package and UNUSED for return within 30 days. Must thoroughly read conditions of return before buying. Suggest communicating with third party before purchase to confirm can return if change mind buying, product has no defect, and keep original packaging. ... show more
