I bought this for my husband in January. He is a 4 stroke 2 heart attacks survivor but his left side is completely paralyzed. We only used this electric wheelchair maybe 1-2 times a week in the last 6 months and the battery completely died on it. The wheels are falling apart and the back of the seat screw don’t hold up the seat anymore. This is by far one of the worst purchases I have made on Amazon and do not recommend it. ... show more

The problem is, she has went over a threshold at home and at the dr office and it has folded up in my sister in law-that is fighting a horrible cancer-causing her to be thrown out of the chair, she’s so weak she is not able to get up without assistance, thankfully people have been there to help. ... show more

The wheelchair was ordered and received. On assembly and use five problems were seen. 1. Most serious, when descending a small ramp ( hardly 5 degrees) the chair stopped and through my wife off onto the floor. She has so far minor bruises but we will see. 2. The seat was hard to lock into place and Amazon consultation did not help. But it was locked when the above accident occurred. 3. It would not navigate over an ordinary door threshold.It had to be pushed. 4. No assembly instructions were provided and the camera code did not work. 5. On comparing with our manual wheelchair, I noticed that the front wheels are set way back and the seat area is very long.
