Hello to everyone that may read this with you before purchasing this power chair it is a great convenient Power share rides very smoothly very compact but the only thing I wish is that the joystick could be placed on either one of the unrest for example my joystick is on my right hand side and I use my left hand which means I am now having some maneuver or learning how to maneuver my power chair with my right hand which is very difficult but I manage because I have no other adaptive equipment to move around I am a person with a disability and rely on my equipment to help me move around my reason for purchasing the shed is because my current power chair is yet to be repaired I've been waiting for 3 months and had to find a way to get back to work. Just some additional comments the hand brakes are hard to maneuver to lock the chair when transferring in and out I find that this year rolls back and forth and the company needs to send a instruction manual along with the chair because I opened up every box and plastic package that came inside the box with the chair and I didn't see not one instruction manual but overall I'm grateful to have the chair because now I'm able to get back to the things that matter to me and my everyday life. ... show more

OK, here's the deal. I bought this for the big drive wheel on the front because I'm tired of my other chairs stopping instead of rolling over speed bumps or door thresholds. This style of chair solves that issue very well, although the rear pivoting wheels take some getting used to. Now, on to the review. The first thing that I noticed it that the arms did not line up with the frame. (See pictures/videos) At more than 80#(without the 25# battery), it's not quite lightweight as advertised. First thing I noticed about the battery that it came with a lead acid battery(25 lbs), not a lithium ion(5 lbs). Can it be airline approved(as advertised) with a lead acid battery? After exchanging several emails, the seller gave me a partial refund and I bought the right battery. I kept hearing popping noises, especially when changing direction.(see video) Finally, I got my tools out and went over every screw, nut, bolt on the chair that I could find. Many of them were loose. The retainer bolt for the right side drive wheel. Was not even finger tight. It was just started, as we're several others(ie, transmission to motor screws). But this was a big drive wheel. Imagine if it had fallen off. So, I spent 2 hours tightening everything with no manual or guide as to how tight they should be, only my best guess. Mind you, I'm in a wheelchair because of a back condition and lifting this 80# chair to my bed(the only place big enough as I can't get up off the ground if I work on it there) and moving it around is not easy. It's much quieter now. So, all that being said, do I like or love the chair? Love? Not so much. So like, it is. Aside from their quality control, it is a great chair for my use. I'm just lucky that I'm still mobile, and knowledgeable, enough to finish building it. Others of you may not be so lucky. CHAIR UPDATE: The popping noises returned after 2 days. I love how the chair functions and the idea but it stops there. The construction and build quality is crap. I am now working on returning the chair. From all appearances, I will have to pay for return shipping to NJ. The original box was damaged beyond use so I have to find one for it, That will cost me as well. I will most likely take it the UPS store and let them handle it. I thought Amazon had better standards for sellers. I will update again if I find out more. UPDATE: Amazon has agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping charges. The seller has ghosted me. ... show more

Love my new wheelchair. It’s very smooth. I took right to it. Not difficult to drive. Very strong motor . I did however have a dead battery that wouldn’t charge. I contacted Amazon. They contacted seller for me. The battery was promptly replaced. I’m so GRATEFUL to this company for their helping so quickly!! ... show more

    • Poor steering/possible malfunction
I really wanted to like this chair. I took it out for the first time to my local trails that used to be paved. I found they are now gravel. I started down a path and the chair immediately pushed me off to the right into the ditch. I thought it was just the gravel so we went to some paved paths. It randomly did the same thing. I took it to the zoo on paved paths and had the hardest time navigating. I dont know if this one is just malfunctioning or not but I could not steer well. I'd be going fine and all of a sudden it'd just push me into a rail. I let my family try and same thing for them. It wouldn't back up and let me straighten out for the life of me, id have to turn it off and have a family member straighten it out. It did seem to correspond possibly with always doing this on an incline. The inclines were very minor though and it was very unsafe. The brakes also were not great on inclines, you need to use the handbrake. If the chair is off you can only use handbrake as well. The speed was great, relatively comfy. I love that it has the big wheel in front. It handled bumps in the path well and made it through potholes and such. It was quite heavy if youre lifting it into a vehicle. I also didn't know I'd need to detach the safety wheelie bars and foot pedals and remove the battery each time. I fully charged my battery and it only ever shows two bars on the indicator on the chair. ... show more

Purchased for my husband with mobility problems. Hr LOVES this chair. I love that it is lightweight and easy to put in and take out of my car. Love going to the store and not worrying about a store scooter being available. Good battery life too.

    • Break adjustment is missinh
The breaks are very difficult to operate. There is no adjustment. Had to elongate the holes . The moter operation is not very good . Almost maximum power is required to get it going, then when it does move it over reves.
