  • Worth every penny!
Color: Black
Arrived well packaged and almost ready for use. Pulls right out of the box and unfolds easily. I just flipped down the foot rest, put my foot on it to anchor it and pulled up using the “handle” section of the chair back. Our chair easily unfolded with minimal effort then I latched the mechanism to ensure it wouldn’t accidentally fold up while in use. I cut off several foam protectors attached with plastic zip ties. Our chair arrived partially charged and it turned right on. It’s definitely got ample speed and power for all we’ve done indoors and out. Our chair hasn’t had any problems with flat surfaces or changes in surfaces. We haven’t tried it grassy areas or on cobblestones. It’s easily handled roadway and driveway surfaces, brick, flagstone, slate and concrete surfaces, and trex decking with ease, including the small transitions/joints and level changes from one surfaces to another. So far it’s been easy to assist my husband with “higher” thresholds and transitions (same as his manual chair). Our chair’s joystick is sensitive and easy to use for both speed and maneuvering. The first speed (one light) indicator is plenty fast for indoors and out. Not sure why four speeds are needed. My husband hasn’t needed more than the speed of the first speed indicator. It is very simple to manage speed with the joystick by pushing less towards the fullest point. Cornering is great. You can spin in a full circle in place. Indoor maneuvering has been very easy, even in tight spaces with some practice. Our home is older with narrower (24”, 28” and 30”) doorways throughout (one of the major factors in our decision making) but the chair sails right through all but the smallest without worries about nicking the door jambs, the 24” doorway is easy enough to get through by approaching it slowly. I especially like the way it folds - like a clamshell. It makes it much easier to get the chair in and out of our car and takes up much less space in our car (Outback) than the manual wheelchair. I especially like the folded chair because of its lighter weight and because I can “pack it” lying flat, standing on its side, and standing up on its wheels - that flexibility allows me plenty of space for our other stuff - suitcases, groceries, and shopping. We’ve had our chair for a month and haven’t had or found an issue. Our chair is very sturdy and solid - it’s attractive and most importantly, it’s well designed and made. The seat fits my husband well and he’s always been comfortable in it. The battery is super easy to click in and out. But the charger on the underside of the controller is how we’ve been charging it because it’s super easy to plug into. With all his use, we’ve only gone down one light on the battery for a busy/long day. So far the battery life appears to be very good. Our chair arrived partially charged. We put it on the charger overnight and it was fully charged when we got up. The smallish pouch on the back of the seat is handy for 2 smart phones with protector cases, 1 rescue inhaler, 1 set of car/house keys, tickets and 2 skinny single use eye drop vials. In case you are a lefty, it was pretty simple for me to transfer the controller from the right armrest to the left armrest. I took off the Velcro fastened cover, wiggled three zip ties to the left, and that freed up about an 1.5 inch play that was just enough to allow the controller to pass under the seat to other side (important tip - slightly fold the chair to create a gap under the seat large enough to pass the controller through). Loosen the set knob, remove the controller, pass the controller under the seat to the left side, attach the controller holder bracket to the left arm, and then slide the controller into the under the armrest holder and tighten the set knob. Note to transfer the controller holder bracket from right to left: Flip the right arm up, loosen and remove two different screws (one Phillips, one hex) holding the controller holder bracket, then flip up the left arm, align the holes in the controller holder bracket with the holes in the left arm, then screw the two screws in securely. After you insert the controller into the holder bracket and tighten the set knob you are able to flip the left arm straight up if needed to get in/out or cozy up to a table. The chair has a nuisance backup beeper! To turn it off I simply turned the chair on, and held down the speed button and the horn button at the same time. Presto, no more back up beeper. Outside it’s probably not as loud and annoying. Inside, it had be turned off! Prior to purchase I had a ton of questions to make sure I was making a good choice - $1000 is a lot of money to us. Several chair sellers never responded to my questions. However this seller Weihong, responded quickly to every question - usually same day, and no more than next day. And I asked about 15 questions and every question received a fast response. They worked with me to make sure I had it for our first mini vacation trip including a wheelchair. After we received the chair I had a few more questions, I asked using message to seller and their customer service number. Super fast responses both to messages and from a live customer service agent. Overall, the seller holding my hand and with great speed and courtesy responding to all my questions was another key decision point in favor if this chair and this seller. We highly recommend both! I think that sums up our experience pretty thoroughly. I would highly recommend this chair/seller for anyone who needs a lightweight, well made, and easy to use electric chair. Our only caveat would be that the chair seat is small so if you’re larger, be sure you carefully consider its seat measurements. My husband is 5’8” and 149 pounds and he is comfortable for all day outings. The independence it has yielded and it’s easy (and so far dependable) functionality has made this a great investment. If you need one, I would say get this one! ... show more

  • Great compact electric wheelchair!
Color: Black
This is a terrific electric wheelchair that is compact and well made. It’s quite small in size and fits my husband perfectly. Be sure to check the seat dimensions you need to buy the right size for you. It works on many kinds of terrains. The only place it didn’t work was sand, either loose or compacted on the beach. It is simply too heavy for sand and refuses to move. On grass, compacted dirt trails, mixed gravel and blacktop, it moved great. On sidewalks and roads it is a dream. The title says it’s 30# but the specifications say 36.#… likely because of the battery. I take the battery out when lifting due I have a bad back and it makes a big difference. I like the convenience of charging either when the battery is in the chair or the battery out and charge on its own. I’m very impressed by the maneuverability and ease of use of this product. The toggle driving mechanism is very sensitive but with a bit of practice you’ll be a race driver in no time at all! I highly recommend this product and this seller. ... show more

  • Pretty good. Except footrest mounts broke off.
Color: Black
Got this for my daughter. It's been great. EXCEPT, the footrest mounts broke off. I can't find any mountable footrest, other than slings, for it. The sling is a bad option. Waste of money.

  • High quality, great value, light weight, sturdy, does what it claims
Color: Black
We needed a small, light, folding electric wheelchair for my wife. It needed to be light enough for me to lift in and out of the car and it needed to fold like a small airline bag to fit in the back of her Kia Soul. This wheelchair is surprisingly sturdy and checks all of the needed boxes for us. It comes fully assembled (except for the small anti-tip wheels that just plug in), it came fully charged and it worked right out of the box. Pros: Very sturdy and well made. Each arm can fold back out of the way. The controls are simple and easy to work. The foot rest is clever and sturdy. The power and speed are just what is needed. It is quiet but not silent. If you turn off the controller it can be pushed manually when needed. Cons: It does not move or steer well on carpet. The rear wheels provide power and the front ones swivel freely so it can be inaccurate to steer, especially on rough surfaces. It has no cup holder or basket but there is a small pouch behind the seat. There is no key to prevent it from being taken. The "horn" might scare a housefly but not much else. It was difficult to move and steer when we set it up in the house on the carpet. However, when we tried it at stores it worked very well. My wife had a great time shopping in it. It moved and steered well and it had no trouble with inclines; we drove it from the car into a mall, we went from one end to the other end and back and then drove it back to the car. Only one battery light went off through all of that and we still have not needed to charge it. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

  • Don't waste $800.00 on this chair.
Color: Black
This wheelchair is wothless. It is small but very unconfortable. The stick control is completely uncontrolable. The chair just jerks around. The chair is not made well and is dangerous.

  • Great purchase!!!
Color: Black
I absolutely love this chair it has opened my world again. I was always in so much pain from trying to walk short distances with my walker, that I just was getting to the point that I’d say no thanks when ever I was invited to go out. Today my daughters took me to the Mall for some driving lessons in my new chair. I so enjoyed my independence and being able to go into stores and shop. It can go very fast, it was harder for me learn to go slowly. I love that the battery can be brought to an outlet to charge the battery, not having to bring the entire chair to an outlet. Also I love that the battery can be removed making the chair lighter to put into the car. It is very easy to maneuver. Easy to fit narrower doorways. I am 5’4 and about 156 lbs and I fit comfortably but my butt does not have a lot of room to spare. Does need some extra add ons for things you want to carry with you, water bottle, sweater, etc. It has a pocket in the back but personally I need something bigger to replace the bag that came on my walker. Not a complaint, I am so very grateful and happy with this chair. ... show more

  • Dependable, multi day charging
Color: Black
This power wheelchair has been very dependable, durable and has a long battery life between charges. I normally charge the battery at night, just before retiring, but there have been evenings where I've forgotten and the battery was also strong enough all day the second day, while I've used it normally both days. Several friends and even some strangers complemented the chair's looks or power or other features. It is lightweight and foldable so that ladies can handle it. It is a good choice and I would recommend it highly. If I needed to, I would buy it again. ... show more

  • I love this wheelchair
Color: Black
I am a 69-year-old woman with mobility challenges. This is my second electric wheelchair. I loved most everything about my first one, but there were a few things I didn't like. I spent much time searching for this chair. I like that it's all black. Very sleek looking. There are no handles in the back that stick out. It's easy to charge. It moves fast and it is very light. I'm sure I will get a lot of people asking me where I got it. I'm not sure exactly what to tell them, except Amazon. It is small but I'm not skinny and I'm quite comfortable. I am able to sit up straight in it, too. I keep it in the trunk of my car so I don't have a picture. ... show more
