This rubber joystick controller looks and feels exactly like you'd think it would. I can't find anything wrong with it. The rubber is relatively soft in that you can bend it, which is the whole point - I mean, you want it to be an effortless joystick, not something where strength (or lack of it) gets in the way of movement. The other super important thing to know are the dimensions, which aren't on the product page: it's 1 3/4 inches diameter across the bottom, just over 1 1/2 inches tall (the whole thing), and the small hole in the middle, for fitting over the metal controller, is about 1/4 inch in diameter (see photo). Unfortunately I can't swear that it works because it turns out it was too small for my dad's very large electric wheelchair. But that's my fault, I didn't look to see how big my dad's was before ordering. Duh! I think this is made for smaller scooters and controllers, not the large powerful electric wheelchairs. Anyway, now that you know the size, my best recommendation is to measure what you need first. If this size works, go for it!

The item I received looks the same as the picture provided in the listing, but it does not match the title whatsoever, which is something completely unrelated. Instead of anything related to an electric wheelchair or a joystick controller, the product is a small rubber cap about the length of an AAA battery. It looks and feels like a joystick button cover, not a mobility accessory. The piece of rubber was in good condition with no flaws, and the material appears sturdy for its size. The name of the item selected suggests a whole controller or a wheelchair part, but the picture matches the received item. The name of the item and the actual product received do not align with what the buyer expects.

This item was a perfect fit for covering the adult joystick controller for an electric wheelchair. It is, however, NOT A REPLACEMENT for the joystick itself. This is a cover for the original joystick so it is not damaged, or if it is, then the cover can be put on to prevent any worsening damage to the joystick itself. The title of the product is misleading in a sense that this is a replacement, but it is only a cover for the original joystick, not necessarily a replacement.
