    • Stressful shop but good chair

I'm honestly shocked that it arrived. After purchasing and receiving a bad tracking number I checked the shop reviews and felt dread as I saw how many people said that they never received products from this particular store. I'll admit I'm right on the cusp of leaving a 3 star review. It came sort of beat up, there's noticable scratches in the metal as if it was assembled and used previously or it was damaged from transport and rubbing against parts, but it's in spots where it would make more sense if it was returned. And obviously as I implied earlier, the tracking number just couldn't be used, claims that they use China Post seems unlikely or they give you the internal tracking number that isn't supposed to be for customers. It's incredibly light weight, and has the type of tires I was hoping for, for better traction. Those wondering, they are not solid tires, they are similar to those on a bicycle which I presume contributes to the weight, also means a bike shop should be able to do any potential maintenance. It's easy to assemble, but there are no directions so it can be confusing at first, it also folds compactly. It's absolutely needs the anti-tip bars because it easily tries to tip back. The seat was smaller than expected, thankfully I had been worried I'd ordered too large before it arrived, however I'd recommend going with the size up than you'd expect if it has the option. Also, if you have someone help wish pushing your chair, it's handles are quite low and small, so it could be a potential back strain for anyone helping you around. The chair itself actually seems to be of good quality, and I look forward to seeing how it holds up with long-term use ... show more
