This is my first light for therapy and it has been great. The buttons were confusing at first but it works fine. I like the stand and being able to turn it. I have not used the timer, 1 and 2 hours at a time seems excessive, maybe better for turning it off if you forget to. I can definitely feel the benefit of light therapy. This lamp was a breeze to put together, and I love that the head swivels so you can aim the light exactly where you need it. The front panel shows icons for power, brightness, color temperature, and a timer, so the features are easy to spot at a glance. It feels neat on a desk and the adjustable light is perfect for reading, crafting, or working on a laptop. I did have a rocky first few minutes because tapping the icons did nothing, which made me think the lamp was dead on arrival. The fix turned out to be simple. You need to touch the sensor area just below the icons to wake the lamp, then the controls work as expected. Just tap below each icon. There is no visible button there, only thin slots, so it is not obvious. Once I learned that, everything worked flawlessly and the timer and warmth settings have been very handy. My only suggestion for the maker is to update the printed instructions and the product page to call this out clearly near the top. A single line saying “Touch the area below the icons to turn on” would save people time and worry. Now that I know the trick, I am very happy with the lamp and would order it again.

Easy to assemble, arrived as scheduled. Works great easy to use . Excellent price. For am light therapy it’s excellent. I use it for 20 minutes while I eat breakfast. Remember to take off your glasses if you have lenses with UV or blue light protection on your lenses . I watch 20 minutes of morning news while using it with no glasses on.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this I live in Texas. So sunlight 've got. Unless it is night time. I didn't really want it for it's intended purpose, though I could see it being very good for that. You can adjust the brightness and the color temperature of the light. It comes with it's own stand too. It is extremely easy to use. I bought it to light objects I scan with a 3D scanner. For that purpose, I need a bright, clean, constant light source that wll stay in place . Check, check, check. So, while I don't need light therapy, this is a win for me.It also has a timer. So if you DO plan to use it for it's intended purpose, you can regulate the time of exposure as well .

I got this for my wife, she'd always wanted a "Light Therapy" lamp. Well, this is a Really Nice one.. not that I've shopped for many, but when your wife says "Wow, this is really nice" you nod and agree with her, yes, it is. MANY settings, from brightness to color temperature. Heck, I've used it to take a couple pictures with better lighting. Small enough to not get in the way, big enough to Do The Job. Wish it had a few more options on how to position and mount, but I'm picky that way. Nothing wrong with it worth deducting a star. Personally, I do not "get" light therapy, but my wife loves it, and that is enough for me.

This thing functions great! I especially like how, during video calls, it does not give the same ring around your eyes where others can tell you are looking into a ring light. The color options are nice and gentle depending on the setting. In terms of space saving, I would say this thing takes up quite a bit of space. I would recommend a slightly smaller design with similar capabilities over the larger one if you are tight on space. It is useful (for me) only during calls, so if you are looking for similar capabilities, I would recommend a smaller one that saves more space. However, the value for this item is perfect!

Didn’t know how much I needed this. As someone who works remote and barely get to leave the house, I am able to bring this “mood” light into my office! It is super bright, maybe too bright but that is just I love it! It came in some parts pieces all in all it took 2 minutes to put together, just a screw the leg to base and then plop in the light. The button is on the under side, don’t be like me and keep on click the icon/picture. It comes with different level of brightness from a soft dim to sun in your face. And different temperature to soften the room the way you would like. Highly recommend as I am using bot a room light and a mood enhancing light!
