I watched some of the video reviews to help me make my decision to buy this one. I love the size, Goldilocks for me, the quilted design and soft material. The padding inside is another feature that I wanted. The zippers don’t stick and the pockets on the sides will hold my drink cups that fit in my car’s cup holder. The shoulder straps are comfortable too. I bought the warm gray which is a beautiful beige and the gold tone hardware makes it look much more expensive than it was. The black fabric makes it very fashionable. This fabric backpack reminds me of a Vera Bradley. Does not look like a hiker’s backpack and very light. Light weight lots of pockets not too big and not too small. Only Con, the back compartment has a single zipper, would have been better if it had double zipper.
