I think it runs a tad large, but maybe its just because of the weight loss and not knowing what size to buy. The top is just plain and understated. The sleeve length is not my preference. They end right above my elbows and my elbows are not what I want to highlight! I would probably wear it with a jacket. The skirt is pretty and has a bit of shine. There are pockets! At 5’6”, it is just slightly too long with a 2” heel. I don’t like high heels so I would either have to hem it or watch my steps. This purple dress is of a nice quality and very beautiful on. I am 5’7” 155lbs and the size 10 fits perfectly, 100% true to size. The zipper is a little hard to get past the tie which is sewn into the dress at the back. It’s a little longer than I was expecting, was hoping more for ankle length, and it drags the floor by an inch or so without shoes on. I will probably shorten it by about 3 or 4 inches.
