I like these a lot. They have a good amount of padding and the seems were designed to avoid rubbing uncomfortably around the wrist. I primarily use these for dead lifts with a trap bar and have found them to be very useful and helpful.

could find better, they don't help with over all grip strength in my opinion or with the comfort of the dumbbell or barbell. I have found some that do. maybe these work for others but they didn't do it for me.

These straps get the job done, at least for an amateur lifter like me. Disclaimer: I have never deadlifted anything more than two plates so I am pretty much a noob in the scene of weightlifting. Nevertheless, these straps work fine for what I use them for. When I want to focus on something other than my grip, I put these straps on. For example, they work great for Bulgarian split squats. Instead of my grip giving out, I can get in a few more reps with these straps. They are quite comfortable and help to relieve some of the strain that the weights might otherwise place on your forearms from having to hold them. You could also potentially use these as wrist wraps, but I would recommend just buying a dedicated pair of those. In terms of cleaning, you should be able to run these under water and wash with soap just fine which I would recommend as sweat can build up and get absorbed over time. Other than that, no major complaints and good for if you are just getting into bodybuilding or want to focus on something other than grip.

The straps are pretty well made and serves their purpose. The only issue (which may not be for everyone) but they could be more adjustable around the wrists.
