I didn't have much hope for a cheaper bed frame and the sturdiness and quality of this frame has surpassed my expectations by a longshot! It was easy to build, decent quality materials, it lifts up very easily to access the under storage, but most importantly its held up after 6 months of..... sleep. And sleep only. Nothing else except, sleep. It doesn't creak or squeak. I would highly recommend this frame!

It looks exactly as pictured, feels sturdy, and the lift-up storage is very practical. Assembly was manageable and the hydraulic support works well. Overall, the quality and design exceeded my expectations.

I think the first thing I should mention is that thing took us about four to six hours to put together, and while we expected a lengthy assembly, we didn't expect it to take as long as it did. Be prepared for that. Also... just use a drill if you have one. It says not to, but just use it light handed. Otherwise, it WILL take you the full six hours. Once it was assembled, I will say that it's beautiful. It looks exactly as it does in the picture, and it does work as described. However, it doesn't lift up as easily as one would hope, even with the provided straps. If you leave the straps sticking out at the bottom, it looks unsightly, but if you tuck them in, it's hard to get them back out. Be advised that you might accidentally pull one of the wooden beams out of place when lifting the mattress, as well, because it's not a simple design like they lead you to believe it is. Also, once you put your mattress down on the frame, it fits very snug, and it's almost impossible to get our fitted sheet wrapped around our mattress behind the headboard. The mattress fits TOO snug and we therefore cannot get our fitted sheet on all the way so it keeps popping off. Lastly, make sure you build this frame very close to where you want it placed because it will be very hard to move once it's fully assembled. Honestly, it's decent, and it's nice, and it looks good, but it's more of a pain in the butt than anything else and I wish I hadn't bought it. But after all that work, I'm definitely keeping it lol. I hope this review helps someone currently considering a similar purchase.

This is a nice unit. It took 2 of us about 3 hours to completely set this up. There are a few pieces that you have to press together to make line up and sometimes it was hard but overall the setup was fine. Some parts of the instructions were a little hard to follow but not bad. I also sent a short question into their support and I heard back about 6 hrs later, probably different time zone. One of these pieces was slightly dirty so that required minimal spot clean and there is one part on the headboard that is just slightly misaligned. But for the price and what you get it’s a nice frame. Opening and closing the bed is fairly easy and it’s nice to have the storage. The headboard is slightly smaller in height than I expected so make sure you measure properly.

DO NOT BUY! For how expensive this frame is, it’s not worth your money especially when not all parts are included and because this is not an Amazon store, we won’t be able to hear back from the store owners for 2-3 business days. I’m usually not one to leave reviews. My husband and I were looking specifically at on-the-ground and storage saving bed-frames. We came across this one and decided to try it. When you do get the bedframe, it is very heavy, which I think is significant when it comes to quality because of durability. My husband is not able to even finish building the bed because it does not include all parts to set it up. He mentioned to me that we received two of one part and are missing a part. We are going to have to take it apart and send it back because we’ve been needing a bed-frame that is supportive for our mattress. It has been about an hour of putting the frame together (hasn’t finished) because for about 15 minutes he had to force 2 parts together because the screw holes did not line up which is very frustrating. Included in the pictures is the extra piece they sent for the same side of the bed. They sent two left headrest end-pieces. We also live in a very small town where the closest Amazon drop off is 30 minutes away.

Perfect bed with a lot of storage! I moved into a smaller place and I was able to store all of my stuff underneath the bed. Love it! It took awhile to assemble but it was so worth it
