First... my husband, the engineer and first to critique anyone's design skills, stated this was by far one of the best designed/laid-out piece of anything he's ever put together. Easy to follow. All parts included and labeled. Now, time to play Santa for the 11th time. I noticed how quiet he worked, no cuss words, no yelling, no threatening to quit. He should act like Santa every time he works on a project! But I'm sure the design also helped. From start to finish, it took a total of 4 hours to complete. That is from moving the boxes in from the garage, opening them up, sorting out all the items, then simply putting it together, then cleaning up and we were done. I was more like the supervisor! After I woke up from my nap. This really is adorable. Fits in the space of her bedroom well. She was ecstatic to get it. It is definitely a sturdier piece than what you would expect. But don't dance on it. I highly recommend it for anyone. We also purchased a 19-in stool to go with it.

You obviously cannot expect too much when it comes to a cheap vanity ordered on Amazon, however I felt this was even worse than expected. The paint was chipping and a couple of the boards came warped. I returned it so I cannot say much about the building process or storage. I would recommend looking into other options before purchasing this.

It was an ideal gift for my 9 year old granddaughter. In her own words “she loved it!” The disappointment came 6 months later when the USB connections began to malfunction. They outlets seemed to loosen or lose their structure, so that they no longer allowed a proper fit to plug in cell phones or other items needing the electrical power. This is a major let down since I don’t see a way to have this matter fixed.
