We really like the softness of the fabric and the sturdiness of the product. We were just a little disappointed that the bed on top wasn't a little bigger. Our new shelter cat is only 10 and a half pounds yet she barely fits on the bed. The cubby at the bottom seems to be okay.

The carpet pieces are similar to what is commonly used on cat furniture. The carpet pieces are soft and easy to spot clean. The wood that is used to create the PEEKAB Small Tree Condo is sturdier than basic plywood and feels like good mixed wood. There was no chipping or cracking in any of the condo pieces during assembly. Which is an indicator that the materials used to create the PEEKAB Small Tree Condo are of good quality. The directions for assembling the PEEKAB Small Tree Condo are meager. The manual is nothing more than a very small square sheet of paper. That had on one side, a few diagrams about assembling and pictures of what was in the box. When assembling I tried going according to the directions, and had trouble sorting out what went where. When I switched to using the manual sheet as a sight guide, assembling was a whole lot easier. It is possible to wing it and assemble intuitively. The PEEKAB Small Tree Condo came with just the right amount of screws and a tool for screwing. A bit of extra hardware was included, to secure the PEEKAB Small Tree Condo to the wall. There was only one real flaw that I could find with the PEEKAB Small Tree Condo. The top perch only has two thick poles to hold it up under a cats weight. Due to the top perch being only a board with carpeting, one pole for two out of the four corners is not enough. Especially with one of those poles being several inches shorter than the other pole. While it does come with a nice detachable pillow like bed for the top perch. The way the top perch is set up, not very many cats would feel comfortable napping on it. So while this is a lovely pet condo, I think that they could have added two more poles to hold up the top perch. The top part doesn't make sense and most cats wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. The bottom half is an amazing nap spot and one of the reasons why I gave it 4.5 stars.

This cat condo is very easy to assemble. It took about 20 minutes to complete and seems quite sturdy. Cats are creatures of habit, so they didn't even notice it at first, however they all sniffed it and three of them checked out the bottom portion. One of my cats used the scratching post and seemed to enjoy it. Sisal is the best material to use for a scratching post and this one has that. It comes with a self-grooming brush, but I didn't want to use it, so I attached it to one of the many other cat condos my cats have. I haven't seen any of them use the brush yet, but that doesn't mean they haven't. I only gave four stars because the faux fur covering is very thin, and I try to look at the comfort level of my cats. I'm sure this will get a lot of use over time. Cats like what they want, and every cat is different.

Over time, we have acquired several of these items and our multi-cat household has benefitted from them. Like other items for cats, they initially prefer the box itself to the item that came in the box but then, eventually, they move on to the contents. For these things our cats ignore the higher spots to sleep for quite a while until one brave soul tries it out and then all the other cats want the same real estate at the same time. Our smallest cat, an aging ballerina, is the bravest explorer using several tables to jump from one place to another to gain access. It is an amusing process to observe and gives us as much joy as the cats when they adopt the spaces for themselves. If your life is impacted by caring for critters, you know what I mean. These are great!

It's so easy to put together that my 11-year-old did it! I have 3 cats, the old grumpy lady chose her spot in the den, and the kittens have each been happy to scratch and rest on top of the den, and in the nest. It is very sturdy and well made.

The media could not be loaded. My cat absolutely loves this cat tree condo! The cats tower, plush perch, and scratching posts with dangling ball provide endless entertainment for indoor kittens and small cats. Despite its height, I made sure to securely fix it to the wall to prevent any accidents. It's a great investment for keeping my furry friend safe while they play and lounge around.
