    • Good fun, but with a problem
A really neat set up with a lot of preset types of games to choose from. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap in the slightest. My nephew is really enjoying it. However, for whatever reason the left hoop’s sensors don’t work at all, so we’re unable to play together. I suppose I’ll have to get ahold of customer service and try and get a replacement of some kind. If not for that issue, I would definitely have given it five stars. Edit: I’ve changed my rating from three stars to five. When I had my sensor problem and got ahold of Lifetime’s customer service, they immediately rectified the problem by sending me a whole new score board with sensors, and did I mention it was free? My kids got this for christmas and love it. It is super sturdy and gameplay is right on. The balls are iffy. They are not perfectly round and have bulges in random spots on some of them. Not a deal breaker. The quality on everything else is perfect. Would buy again.

Overall, this is well worth it. It was a beast to put together; between 3 adults, it still took a couple of hours. and ultimately, one portion doesn't latch properly, so if the kids lean up against it at all, you get slack in the front and have to keep clicking it into place (I don't know how to describe that better). But overall, it was a great price, it looks great, and it's BIG! We had a different one before that paled in comparison. I'm genuinely happy with this product...now that it is together. :) ... show more

We have four of these in our teen center and they are busy every night we are open! Hold up well to the abuse and when we needed a replacement part due to misuse, their customer support was easy to contact and shipped the replacement parts quickly and affordably!

Not easy to assemble but not bad. A little tricky for one person, but manageable. The pieces are well labeled; the instructions are not good but about average. The structure is strong and well made. The backboard and goals are sturdy. The steel tubes and bolts are thick and built to last. All the pieces were there. The electronic basket counter works fine. From all the previous reviews, I don’t expect it to last long, but it’ll still be fun without. My 6YO and 8YO boys love this. It’s a lot of fun. Takes a good deal of space on the floor. My kids are loving this! Really happy to finally have a double shot! We just set it up, so I can't comment on longevity, but the unit feels wells constructed. The baskets are sturdy. The electronics work great. The box came with 5 balls and I contacted a representative from LifeTime who said he would send it out today, no cost. Very easy and responsive customer service. Straightforward assembly, but if doing alone w/out a ratchet or drill, plan on 3 hours. With a ratchet or drill screwdriver it would go faster. ... show more

    • Sensors Don't Work Well
Really love this for my kids, perfect sizing, so fun, but sensors only pick up baskets every couple times, and a lot of times you hit the rim, and it counts it as a dunk. Also the backboard is dark green, not black. Frustrated. Disappointed.

    • Sturdy and attractive!
Was easy enough to put together, is very sturdy, a great size that is also adjustable, and looks nice in the basement! No whacky designs or colors, just clean and simple. Mostly accurate but will give some errant additional counts from time to time.
