LOW EXPECTATIONS - HIGH REWARDS
Color: Blue-Black
Having read some reviews, I had pretty low expectations for his table. But we found it on sale for ~$400 and said, what the hell, let's add it to the game room. Delivery was great. It came 'mostly pre-assmebled' The kids love it. Yes, it could use more lift on the fans - but if your kids are 5-13y/o - this is great. The quality is good enough for the price. Particle board mostly. We had a problem with a sensor that would trigger a score when the puck hit the wall rather than going in the gate. That was a bummer - but I called a gal in indiana and she could not have been more helpful. My 5 stars goes 4 to the product and + 1 to the awesome customer service, who sent me new sensors and a new puck just for asking, and now the thing works perfectly after a minor fix. The kids play the hell out of this thing, and I gotta confess, I like it too :) If you can get this between 4-600 - dont think twice. its pretty good vaue and hours of fun. UPDATE May 2021 - We've had this 5 months now - One of the paddles broke, Posting this update for the exceptional customer service. New paddles and pucks on the way. This company could not be more friendly and helpful.

Great table for the price
Color: Multi Color
I just finished putting the table together and testing it out. I have to say, unless you get a defective unit, I don't quite understand the negative reviews. The small screws were a little tricky with my big clumsy hands, but it wasn't hard by any stretch of the imagination. Once assembled, it was pretty sturdy and the perfect size for our little game room. Now, don't expect a huge arcade sized table because this thing is very small in comparison, but if you just want a fun little item to add to your in home game room, this is perfect. I'm 6 ft tall and didn't feel it was too tiny for me. The light up puck and paddles are a really cool touch. One thing to note in the instructions, when it tells you to attach the goal wires under the table, you will notice the wires cross in the diagram so the left goal plugs into the right slot and the right in the left. This is accurate. If you accidentally plug them in backwards, like I first did, it's tough to pull the plugs back out and you feel like you're going to pull the wires out of the little plug housing. It's best to avoid this and plug them in correctly the first time.

Great fun for the fam and kids friends
Color: Blue-Black
This isn’t an arcade air hockey table. It also doesn’t cost as much. It is a lot of fun and we’ll worth the price. The lights and sounds are great. Went together easily. My kids play with their friends. The only complaint- and it’s small is the hole to score seems small to me. East to “ guard”. That being said we’re still able to play a great game. Big enough for ages 10-100. I looked at air hockey tables forever. Glad I picked this one. It’s great. Winning!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE!!!!
Color: Multi Color
If I could give this company and air hockey table zero stars, I would. I bought this air hockey table for my grandson’s birthday. After setting it all up for him at his party, the fan did not work. No air came out of the table and it did not work. This was extremely upsetting. However, I understand parts can be defective- so I emailed the company and requested this be fixed. Instead of mailing a new air hockey table, their customer service (a Christa Mayes) told me they expected me to use a blade to remove adhesive that came on the table and they would send a new motor that I have to replace and apply new adhesive to. This is RIDICULOUS. So I pay over $200 and am expected to perform manual labor to get the table to work? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE! If you have an issue (which seems likely), you will NOT receive a fair response. If you want a working air hockey table, DO NOT BUY THIS. I asked for this to be escalated within the company and shared that I am not comfortable using a blade to work on the table. Christa said they would not send a new table-just the part. Horrible customer service. This seller should not be allowed on Amazon.

Good value. Good balance of features, size, and playability. Outstanding customer service!
Color: Blue-Black
I bought this table for my 13 YO son for Xmas. He was thrilled. It's a bit smaller than the tables in pay arcades so it fits in a smaller room. It's big enough to really smash the puck back and forth, just like the larger tables. The coolest thing about it is that it lights up! The table lights, the score board lights, the strikers light up...even the puck lights up. It arrived quickly after ordering, right on the schedule that I picked when I ordered. It was easy to assemble by following the directions. I was even able to assemble it at 3 in the morning with minimal tools, be quiet enough to not wake anyone early Xmas morning, and quick enough to get back to bed and sleep again before waking for real. Everything worked as it should right out of the box. The only problem I found (when I really got to inspect it at a more decent hour) was smoothly remedied by Ryan, the customer service pro at Escalade Sports. He was quickly able to figure out what was amiss, offer a choice of solutions, and had what I needed shipped right to my door about a week later, COVID-19 and all. Strong work! Overall - Great air hockey table. Good value. Good balance of features, size, and playability. Outstanding customer service. Great gift. I highly recommend it!

Air hockey table at a great price
Color: Multi Color
I bought these for my two grandsons for Christmas. They have yet to open it up because they are trying to sell the house. It lights up on thesides end it appears that the pucks light up as well. It seems to be a very sturdy air hockey table that they will have plenty of time playing with years to come! appears very cool but they just can’t set it up. because of the fact that they are trying to sell their house so when they do, they will put it up and I will update on how good this table is they seem to love it but the dad says they have to wait for them to move in order to put it up. it feels quite heavy because of the weight, and I think they will both enjoy it very much so

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Color: Multi Color
The Good - This is NOT a high end premium product. This is an entry level ice hockey table made with cheap materials. When it's up and working it's a neat table for the price. The way it lights up and keeps score electronically is pretty awesome. The puck isn't perfect at gliding across the table but it does ok. For "The Good" I give this product 3 stars. The Bad - Assembling this thing was not fun. The "Fire & Ice" decorative boards along the legs did NOT have matching drill holes. We assembled ours on Xmas Eve and wound up getting so frustrated we just threw the plates away. The holes weren't even close. For the electric score board the holes were also too far off and I had to drill my own hole so I could screw the scoreboard in. The Ugly - On Xmas day, my daughter was beyond herself to get this for Christmas! But then we started playing it. On one end the scoring sensor only picks up the goal if the puck is near the side of the goal when it goes in. If the shot is in the middle it does not pick up so we have to manually put the puck in on the side to get the scoreboard to show the score. After a few plays one of the goal's plastic broke around the screw and the whole goal fell off. My daughter was devastated. I managed to fix this with super glue but I'm not sure how long it's going to hold up. Just know, some of the parts are very very cheap.

Fun for the whole Family!
Color: Blue-Black
Oh my goodness this air hockey table is so so great! My kids are cheering in the other room as I write this review. We have five kids ages 7 and under and decided to redo the garage as a game room for their Christmas present and an air hockey table was first on their list. This one didn't have any reviews but it's large size for the price made me choose it. It came via freight with super nice delivery guys and was bigger then I expected which was exciting. It does show what's in the package so plan on having your kids be gone if it's a surprise. Mine weren't which was fine but the garage wasn't ready so we set it up in the front hall. The lights and sounds are so fun but it's also nice that there's an off switch for that portion. The table is sturdy and the handle things charge via USB which is convenient if you have any phone plugs already in your house which I bet 99% of the population does. It comes with one lighted puck and two plain which is great as my kids loose everything! My seven year olds play hard and I haven't seen the puck fly off once yet! I'll update in a few months but for now I can say this is a "buy now" item for sure! Can't wait till my husband and I get a turn!
