I decided to make my garage multifunctional for an additional hangout space for my teen daughter and her friends . I read a lot of reviews on different hockey tables of varying sizes and cost, and decided on this one. I have no regrets. The table was well packaged and it arrived with no major damage. I noticed a minor scratch on one table leg and another on the surface but they were truly minimal. The size of this table fits my needs and it doesn’t look cheap at all. When compared to the hockey tables advertised as adult sized tables, this one is about the same height. The ones advertised as adult sized hockey tables (70 feet or longer) are just longer in length and width , however based on the reviews I read these larger more expensive tables are also made of particle board. With that in mind, you are getting the same quality for a lot less. The table is suitable for kids, teens , and adults . A trending theme in the reviews I read was that the scoreboard has an error and will add an additional score every time you try to get the puck out. I found this to be true after I finished the install. I tried to allow myself to be content with using the manual scoreboard but I felt not having the automatic scoreboard work properly takes away the fun. As a result, I started thinking of ways to fix the issue. Within 10 minutes, I came up with a hack that will cost you nothing . All you need are tools you likely already have a home. A good air hockey table. Ours arrived with cosmetic damage that didn't impact game play. This table is large enough that it doesn't seem too small for adults and older kids. As others noted, the electronic score keeper is inaccurate, but not necessary anyway. The table should really have an On/Off switch built into it, but I plugged ours into a switched power strip. Absolutely no air movement from the fan throughout the board and why is there no sound for when someone scores. I gave this 1 star because for the price I really believe they could have done better. I also had to order a second because the first one was never delivered or was stolen. This was the only gift my twins asked for their birthday and I failed them. ... show more

My 5 yr old is into Air Hockey and every time we pay around $20-40 at Game Center for us to play so I decided to buy this for Home. For around $100, don’t expect top of the line quality but its good value for what you pay. It’s fully made of particle board including the legs and support but BCP has put metal at key load points like the screw holes and washers. The electronic score keeper looks fancy but it’s not accurate , eveytime you try to take the puck out it will count an extra point or two however it redeems with manual score keeper available at player sides. Single air blower at the middle which is kinda loud when turned on , just enough to keep the puck move around but not pro board level smooth sliding across the entire board. Assembly : Was a breeze, but with any multi frame install , don’t tighten until the last piece including the support bars are aligned and screwed in. I tightened all the screws after it was fully assembled. It’s not that heavy , a single person can flip it around if you are careful. Air hockey helps my son to improve his hand eye coordination and it will pay for itself not needing go to Game Center and buying tokens to play. For $100 , if it falls apart in a year or two , I will get another one. No brainer. Thank you BCP ... show more

    • Decent table; not the best, not the worst
I bought this table for my son's 9th birthday. He loves it! The table itself seems fairly sturdy, though we've only had it set up a short while. It was relatively easy to assemble (took one person under an hour). It's a good size if you don't have room for a full size table. It doesn't feel super small. I do have a few complaints though. The electronic counter does not keep score accurately. It adds extra points sometimes when the puck goes in, instead of just adding one point at a time. However you do have the option to keep score manually on the ends of the table. There are a few dead spots where the puck just stops (in the corners). The most frustrating thing though is that after our first game the felt on the bottom of the "pushers" is no longer laying flat. This affects gameplay because the puck sometimes gets stuck underneath them even when you are keeping the pusher flat on the table. That's my biggest complaint because it happened literally during our first game and it affects how the game is played. If it weren't for this last part I'd have easily given four stars. ... show more

It's a great table! The digital scoreboard is super sensitive but we're still able to thoroughly enjoy playing. I have children 13, 8, and 3 and everyone loves playing including my husband and I. Great way to entertain the family when it's too cold to go outside!
