I was very excited to finally find the perfect small couch until I received it. The packaging looked like it was second hand and completely torn and destroyed. Thankfully nothing was broken. The couch is easy to assemble alone. When you sit on the couch it feels like your sitting down hill and is so hard and uncomfortable I have thrown a blanket over it and preferred the floor. I am sending this back and it's very unfortunate because I love the back and softness but just can not handle how hard the seat part is. In the two days I sat on it and laid on it my back has been terrible. The legs are made of plastic very thin and nothing in the center to support and feels like it bends when you sit in the middle and no other weight on the end. If you like firm hard seats this couch is for you. I love the style and truly hate that I am sending it back. I am not a bad review person but hopefully this helps the next person purchasing this item. ... show more

It's as described. Small sofa yet gets the job done. I've had this couch for over a year now and I use it daily along with my dogs. Having pets has made me blow through plenty of pricey furniture and I decided to go the affordable route this time around. The material is soft and it's easy to clean/spot clean. I will say the sofa is firm and not thee most comfortable, but it def. hasn't sagged or sunk in on me in which others have. Also the material is great and has not snagged and I have cats and dogs on it every minute they can get. It serves it's purpose of being a cozy little couch to sit on daily and watch TV and relax! If you're looking to not break your bank or get something for a smaller space, then this is your match! BTW the pic posted is taken after owning it for almost 2 years and using it daily. This sofa arrived on time, for free, with in home delivery, and it was easy to assemble and it is comfortable! It's nice and firm and very attractive too. This is temporary furniture at best. Customer service is the worst. My sofa was delivered broken. Two of the plastic sofa legs were busted. Very cheap plastic. One of the panels was completely detached. Poor cheap craftsmanship. As soon as the pandemic is over I will have to replace it. Every time I sit down I expect it to collapse. If you are heavy, don't even try. Too flimsy. Very unstable. I have deep regrets about the whole thing. Save yourself the trouble. Also this vendor has not been responsive at all. I asked to have the damage parts replaced. I asked for a refund and Amazon and the vendor have made it nearly impossible. Although it is a hassle, for my level of dissatisfaction, I asked for a refund or $75. They offered me $20. What a joke. For the record - it is not comfortable, looks nice, looks cheap, small spaces okay - it's not oversized. Does not come with any pillows. You will need pillow. ... show more

There are plenty reviews saying that the last two pieces can’t fit, this is partly a factory error and partly because we haven’t followed the instructions right. Myself included. (If these last two pieces are the final ones to put on, you didn’t follow the steps right). However! here’s an easy fix: unscrew the metal pieces and flip them over. Do this to the metal on the couch so the end with the wider opening is on top. The bottom of the metal on the corner piece should be the thinner end, so it’s easy to slip it down into the metal on the couch. You might have to move them up or down the original holes when you screw then back in, depending on how off the alignment is. You will only need a regular Phillips and flat head screwdriver. The couch itself is very high quality for the price. The fabric is soft and comfortable almost like microfiber velvet. The cushions don’t sink in like most couches, they are very firm and this might change over time and use. However the amount of space you have on this is quite small. Plus size bodies will find it difficult to be comfortable as there just isn’t a lot of room on here. I am 5‘4“ 120 lbs and I could comfortably sleep on this couch, anyone bigger than me might have some problems. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and have zero regrets. ... show more

    • Easy to Assemble & Strong Enough to Support a Giant
I'm raising a GIANT teenager and he literally broke our last couch after flinging his linebacker-sized body onto it. So I searched and searched for something new to handle his size, weight and destructible nature. This couch kept appearing in numerous articles I read about "couches for big and tall men." The Amazon reviews were great, the price was right, and delivery was relatively fast (1 week). It arrived in a box that I thought couldn't possibly contain the components of a full sized couch, but I was wrong. Everything was packed perfected to prevent damage during shipping. The color was exactly as it's shown on the computer screen. There are few parts and you need no tools. Everything slides together easily. The cushions are firm, which is what I wanted. I picked this couch because it is easy to assemble and it's lightweight compared to other couches. I am a Realtor and purchased this couch to use as a staging piece. I love the color, it's a medium gray color, not as dark as the picture shows. I gave this couch 2 stars because it came damaged. The arm on the right side of the couch was falling off (the piece covered with fabric that is on the front of the arm when looking at the couch), the pegs that are supposed to line up in the wood to hold it together were sinking into the wood piece and the wood was cracked. It was dangling since the pegs could not hold it together. I bought wood glue and I'm currently trying to clamp the piece to get it to bond and hold. I would have given this couch 5 stars had I not had this damage issue. It's actually a comfortable couch to sit on and it works well in a smaller space. ... show more
