FACTORY ERROR FIXED HERE - soft couch great for small spaces (and small people)
Color: Dark Grey
There are plenty reviews saying that the last two pieces can’t fit, this is partly a factory error and partly because we haven’t followed the instructions right. Myself included. (If these last two pieces are the final ones to put on, you didn’t follow the steps right). However! here’s an easy fix: unscrew the metal pieces and flip them over. Do this to the metal on the couch so the end with the wider opening is on top. The bottom of the metal on the corner piece should be the thinner end, so it’s easy to slip it down into the metal on the couch. You might have to move them up or down the original holes when you screw then back in, depending on how off the alignment is. You will only need a regular Phillips and flat head screwdriver. The couch itself is very high quality for the price. The fabric is soft and comfortable almost like microfiber velvet. The cushions don’t sink in like most couches, they are very firm and this might change over time and use. However the amount of space you have on this is quite small. Plus size bodies will find it difficult to be comfortable as there just isn’t a lot of room on here. I am 5‘4“ 120 lbs and I could comfortably sleep on this couch, anyone bigger than me might have some problems. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and have zero regrets.

Not bad for the price but delivery was a nightmare
Color: Dark Grey
It’s a great couch for the price, cushions are a little firm but I like it that way. It was fairly easy to assemble, did it by myself in about 20 minutes. The “scheduled” delivery, however, was an absolute nightmare. Not once did anyone reach out to me to schedule a delivery date but one was provided to me through the tracking information which happened to work with my schedule. Unfortunately, while I was out of town for a few days long before the “scheduled” delivery date, the company attempted to deliver my couch three days in a row after telling them I was not home to accept the delivery and that is not the day that it was supposed to be delivered. The owner of the delivery company even pressured me to try to get someone else to come sign for the couch for me, even though it was about four days before the supposedly scheduled delivery date. Also, I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the clearly unprofessional delivery company or if it’s an issue with the warehouse that it came from, but the couch arrived dirty and damaged in one corner. I would not recommend purchasing this, especially if you live in a rural area. The couch came in a box that was not difficult to bring inside on my own so I don’t see any reason why this couldn’t have been shipped through UPS or Amazon itself. While I am satisfied with the couch itself, because I purchased a couch cover to hide the damage, the entire process was such a headache that it was absolutely not worth it.

Two Left Ends... (5-year UPDATE)
Color: Brown
UPDATE: Coming up on 5 years of owning this sofa (replacement). Updated from 3 to 4 stars. The sofa has held up very well. The color is still nice with no fading and the cushions, both seat and back, have not broken down. With that said, it does take a wee bit of getting used to. It's not a sofa one would wish to binge from for a weekend, but it's not overtly uncomfortable, either. We've napped on it many times over the years and haven't felt stiff backs. The material over the seat section, however, is beginning to go slack. It's still not a huge deal given the years it's held up, especially as a budget buy. Would recommend! -------------------- Package arrived around 8 am a day earlier than expected which was really nice. While the exterior box was scratched and marred pretty bad, the interior box that holds the sofa bits was nicely intact. Unpackaged all the pieces and started to assemble the sofa to find that there were two left ends (armrests), and as the legs screw into the ends instead of the seat, the couch was unusable. Amazon is shipping a new one (due to arrive within 5 days) with free UPS pickup of the original tomorrow. Not that we were able to use the couch properly, we did feel that the seat, while firm, feels sturdy and plenty comfortable enough to sit and relax on for our movie nights. As for the back, while feeling a wee bit plush, we'll have to wait and see on the replacement if it'll be comfortable in height. Overall, though, wrong parts notwithstanding, the color, the look, and the feel of the material is what we wanted and expected based on the picture (the 'brown' is more of tan). Looking forward to the replacement. If all parts are correct, and the aforementioned remains the same, will replace with more stars.

Dont purchase. Cheap. Broke. Wrong color. Very upset customer!!!
Color: Dark Grey
We bought this couch in April of 2020. It's broken already. It practically cracked right in half when my fiance sat down on it to watch a movie the other night. He weights 185 so a couch should more than support just him. It hasnt supported more than 1 person without wood cracking noises and cushions caving in since we got it. Im very disappointed in this couch. I could have gotten a little more for the money in a store down the road from me. I will be going there to replace this couch rather than risk ordering another one online. Lesson learned I guess. The color also is NOT gray or slate. It was green. I didnt return it bc luckily it kinda matched the room decor and honestly I was not sure how I would return it in the box it came in after assembling it. So over all I would NOT recommend this couch. Unless you plan on replacing it in a few months and buying new all over again. Its now May and we took it to the firepit. It broke so bad my 9 month old daughter scratched her face on it and got a bloody lip from pulling g herself up and bumping her little mouth. I immediately carried it to the firepit. Absolute waste of money! Cannot believe I wasted almost 400. I mise well just burned that in the firepit.

Firm, Petite, Comfy
Color: Brown
I prefer a firm couch and this fit the bill. The fabric is very soft and plush and the back cushions are just soft enough to make watching a long length film a comfortable experience. If you don’t like that you can’t remove cushions, beware buyer. However this is great to me because I hate adjusting cushions every day. For the record: I am 5’4” (162.6 cm) and the back falls roughly 3” (7.62 cm) short of the top of my shoulder. The same applies if I lie across the sofa we’re there is about 3” of five between my feet and the arm if my head is on the opposite arm. I hope this is helpful! This is honestly great for the price but if you aren’t petite you might find yourself uncomfortable

Loving this couch
Color: Dark Grey
I'm absolutely loving this couch. The purchase was made because of 3 factors; 1) old couch was pretty much dead, 2) very affordable price for a potential temporary replacement (have another room for it if I wasn't overly happy with it) and 3) I have cats that will no doubt destroy the corners. The couch is very firm. I'm a big fan of that. It takes you by surprise though, it looks soft. Actually the only 2 things I'm not a fan of is the arm rests are very low and the sitting area isn't near as deep as a traditional couch. When you take naps on it there is a chance of rolling off easily. For under 300 it's easy to live with the minor negatives when I find this couch as comfy as I do.

Pretty cheap stuff, don't buy.
Color: Dark Grey
This was a pretty humbling experience. The sofa arrived just fine but snapping the pieces together was a chore and one person can't really do it all. The cushions are verrrrry narrow, much more so than we thought. I can't really lay out on it without my right or left elbow hanging off the edge. The screw on feet are a cheap plastic that feels like it could break. The accompanying love seat for this sofa arrived three days later and was simply destroyed in either packing or transport, with the underside of the seat section torn and the plywood bracing snapped in half. Amazon has made the return easy however and UPS will pick up the loveseat at my door when I have it packed. If you buy this sofa or loveseat play it safe and save the box it came in. Chances are you will be using it.

Affordable and Practical
Color: Brown
Ok, first thing to remember here is you get what you pay for. That being said, this isn't bad - especially for the price. I saw other reviews that talked about how uncomfortable it is, or that it was difficult to put together. I didn't find either of these to be the case. I put this together by myself in about 20 minutes. (I'm 48 and in moderately good shape, just for reference.) It is a little stiff at first, but I've had it for about a month and have definitely noticed it softening with use. Overall, if you're like me and need a couch ASAP but don't have a ton of money to spend, I would recommend this one. Eventually (probably in a year or two) I will purchase a more well made, plush sofa, but until then this will do nicely.
