This treadmill has been extremely beneficial to us for a variety of reasons. The most obvious explanation is that we can exercise in the comfort of our own homes. It's been a huge time saver not having to go to the gym every day. This treadmill saves room as well. It is small and slim, unlike other treadmills, which are large and bulky. If we don't want it to be out all the time, it doesn't have to be. We actually fold down the riser and tuck it under our bed when we aren't using it. It's really easy for me to maneuver, and the wheels' surfaces are made of soft, wear-resistant materials to prevent damage to the floor when traveling. It's the ideal piece of equipment for confined spaces. It'd look amazing in a studio or even a dorm room. It's great to have it in my home. I just slip it out of the bed in the mornings and do my cardio while watching TV. The efficiency and effectiveness of the service are outstanding. It is very quiet while in use. I can use it at any time without waking up my children who might still be sleeping. More importantly, walking and jogging on this treadmill makes me feel comfortable. The non-slip texture of the running belt measures 49 inches by 16.5 inches. The belt is also made of several layers, which provides cushioning when walking and reduces the strain on my knee joints. I can regulate my pace when walking and running, reaching a top speed of 8.7 miles. There are 12 different automatic incline levels to choose from. I can run hard because of the shock absorption mechanism in the suspension. Your accomplishments are shown on a big LED display board. Time, pace, steps, heart rate, distance, BMI calculator, and calories burned are all displayed. I believe it greatly motivates me to know that I am actually burning calories. Three adjustable workout plans, three heart rate training programs, and an infinite number of manual programs are available. Update 12/27/2020: the owner reached out and sent me a replacement treadmill that arrived with no dents and works completely fine. Customer service is top notch. The owner took his time and Listened to my concerns and also wanted to know how to make sure this does t happen to any other customers in the future. Put your trust into this company. I took one star off because the bluetooth is incorrectly described in the instructions and it doesn’t just connect in the Bluetooth menu as the owner also told me about this. I was really looking forward to using the Bluetooth function but it not as compatible as mentioned. I believe this company will a contender soon in the market. Original review: It took a while to get here but that’s fine. When it was delivered there was clear damage to the box. After reading some reviews I worried there would be damage and there was. In the photo there is a dent and also when I close it up the running board hits the arms. To close it I have to push the arm over them the board can go up all the way and lock into position. Another thing that’s not working is the Bluetooth. I have tried two iPhones and an iPad and it still nothing appears in the Bluetooth menu to connect to. I tried hard resetting my phone and everything. I called their number to only find that they have no suggestions of fixes for the Bluetooth situation. Not sure if this happens to anyone else but upon start up a code UI.0 appears on the screen which again customer support had no clue. Waiting on a call from the manger if anything changes I’ll update this review. Right now I’m leaning towards returning this. I was told no replacements until March 2021. ... show more

    • Small, noisy, but great automatic incline and preset programs
I bought a treadmill on Amazon because I needed it delivered to my door. I did not want to have a curbside drop-off or carry it in my car. I read the reviews and felt good about the choice. It came dented - possibly from the delivery, or flimsy frame. I can only imagine how heavy this was for the delivery guy and that is Amazon's fault for not providing two-person deliveries for large and heavy items. The dent was significant but it was on the frame connecting the display to the treadmill. The frame is flimsy, rattles when you run, and you cannot put a lot of weight on the handles. It is a loud treadmill. The belt and frame are really narrow. I am 5'2 and weigh 130 and it feels constraining. I am constantly bumping into the hand rails. But I'm also short so maybe this is better for someone taller. The water bottle holder is really small so you cannot fit your personal water bottles in there. It really only fits the small 8-12 oz plastic water bottles. The treadmill folds up but at an angle so you're really not saving a whole lot of space. Now the positives: There are a lot of preset workout programs on this machine. It comes with a handbook which tells you what to expect on each program. The incline is automatic and smooth. The display is simple but what more do you need other than distance, calories, heart rate, and time? Underneath the display is a large, long basin. You can put your personal water bottles on there, your phone, your airpods, etc. It comes with a stop and a belt which I have not tried. My teens have used this a few times and have no complaints, although they do not have a regular size one to compare it too and they're taller than me. It is a fine treadmill for a small space, it was inexpensive, and the automatic incline and preset programs work perfectly which is really why I bought it. I did not want to invest in a modern treadmill that only operates if you subscribe to a workout program which is unfortunately where the treadmill industry is aggressively heading. ... show more
