Update: haven’t been able to use it in months since the upper part broke at the base. Very disappointing. I’m not a big person and I used it properly. I am trying to figure out if it can be welded back together as it would be nice to have it back in my arsenal of equipment and I don’t want to spend $150 bucks to replace it and just have it break again. I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I have wanted one for a long time. This covers 2 exercises I wanted to add for glutes and quads. Setup is easy and just a few pieces and steps. However, I cannot get the pins into one side for the life of me. The other side was no issue. But days into this I am trying to figure how to get the other side to work. I know this will be great once I figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to use the bands yet because of the pin issue . So I can’t tell about the strength and effectiveness of those yet. I really like how this machine is so versatile for at home, lower body, workouts. I was looking for a piece of equipment I could use at home for sissy squats and this machine gets the job done ✔️ I love that I can also do hip thrusts, and the bands that come with it allows you to execute the infamous movement from the comfort of your home! I can do single leg lunges and even Bulgarian/split squats! I must say I am really enjoying it! Two things that I didn’t like, was that the base or stand from where you perform the sissy squat wobbles a lot. The base is not reinforced all the way around (I added the picture) which causes the wobbling, but you can still perform the movement. Also, the handles where you attach the bands for the hip thrust, are wobbly. Other than that this piece of equipment is pretty sturdy, and I love that it has wheels and you can lift the end of the hip thrust side to easily tuck away. Overall, I did like this machine and meets my exercise needs when I can’t make it to the gym. ... show more

I've tried hip thrusts many ways and failed. The cushions to my back helps and now I am able to do them. The front holds my feet in place and makes squats more safe for me. I was even able to do split squat on this.

I'm so glad to have this in my home. One thing, those screws are hard to tighten. Had to put 2 thin metal knives in base to make that piece stay sturdy, while doing squats. Thank goodness for my ingenuity!

I returned. It does not work well enough to keep. —-(Fitness trainer for 17 years) …Easy set up but missing a nut. It’s looks good. The function is ok. Not as good as I expected. The bands are far too short, not strong. I mean short. They barely go over your lap. Might not work for heavier or larger bodied clients or for yourself. It’s like strapping over a very short seatbelt. Not enough length. The handles are flimsy with the pins given. The pins also come out easy without a proper stopper. The know on the foot adjustment was broken and how it broke it is very sharp and I wanted a replacement piece but apparently that isn't possible. They said I could return it for a refund but who the hell wants to take it all apart and send it back for a knob.. that's frustrating. The concept of this is great, but it isn't very sturdy, and the pieces are loose fitting. Also the bands are pretty short, If you are tall or larger build this will be an issue. Overall it will work but I'm disappointed with the quality and still might return it. ... show more
