Update: haven’t been able to use it in months since the upper part broke at the base. Very disappointing. I’m not a big person and I used it properly. I am trying to figure out if it can be welded back together as it would be nice to have it back in my arsenal of equipment and I don’t want to spend $150 bucks to replace it and just have it break again. I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I have wanted one for a long time. This covers 2 exercises I wanted to add for glutes and quads. Setup is easy and just a few pieces and steps. However, I cannot get the pins into one side for the life of me. The other side was no issue. But days into this I am trying to figure how to get the other side to work. I know this will be great once I figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to use the bands yet because of the pin issue . So I can’t tell about the strength and effectiveness of those yet. It fits my tall 6’ frame just fine and feels sturdy. Doesn’t take up much space.

This is a high quality product minus the pins that are provided. The pins didn’t remain in place which is a safety concern for me, so to remedy this issue, I purchased 4 inch wired pins and I haven’t had any issues. That said, this product is a great value for the money, it’s comfortable while providing the right amount of resistance which increases the quality of the workout.

I received this item several days ago and really love it. The quality is really really good, sturdy and assembly is easy and is exactly what shows on the picture. I love the chart that comes in the box showing which parts of the body you can work on. It also comes with straps. I was going to the gym but cant get there as much as I want and felt like I was starting over. So having this in my home and to see the many different areas of the body it targets is a big plus when I cant get to the gym. Easy to use and would definitely recommend. Its worth every penny.

I love the frame and structure of this product overall and was not bad at all to assemble, however the bands it comes with do not allow for full hip extension where you get the best gluteal muscle contraction. I bought this specifically for an easy way to hip thrust at home, but the bands aren't remotely long enough for optimal form, at least for me at about 5' 10" and at the top of my hip thrust I am left with about 30 degrees of hip extension and the bands aren't remotely long enough to lock out. I wish they sold longer bands or had alternatives because that is the one downside I've found in the week I've owned this product. Otherwise, it is fantastic for sissy squats and Bulgarian split squats.

As a trainer, I’m very selective about the equipment I use, and the GluteBlast Hip Thrust Machine has been a total game changer for me. After three knee surgeries, being able to train legs without pain felt almost impossible—but this machine made it achievable again. It allows me to safely target my glutes and build strength while minimizing stress on my knees and lower back. I’m finally able to do movements I love again, like hip thrusts, Bulgarian split lunges, and even sissy squats—completely pain-free. Besides the machine itself, their customer service is outstanding. When a part on my first machine broke, they immediately sent me a brand-new replacement at no cost, which made me feel truly supported as a customer. Had high hopes for this product. First, I liked that most of it is put together already so it was less work for me. However when it comes to putting the floor board, handles and cushion it was highly irritating. The Wrench provided did not fit the pieces provided. The large side of the wrench is too big for the pieces and the small side is too small and doesn’t fit. The locking pins do not lock. They come right out so it isn’t really safe. Will try out the product but it is not stable and most likely I will have to return.
