  • Great for glutes!
Style: Gluteblast
I bought this machine to recover from knee injury. This machine seemed the best choice and I read the reviews first before ordering. This one seemed the best because of the seat it has to do hip thrusts. To me that was important as most others at this price point don't have a seat so you would lying on the floor and I didn't wanted that. It is true about the bands being not long enough. I didn't care for this because without the band the hip thrusts is difficult enough for me so I don't need them. When I develop enough strength then all I would need to do is get some cord at home depo with a couple hooks and tie the bands to the machine. You can definitely be creative with it. I'm taking one star because the pad to put the feet came misaligned and therefore I can't flip that part to make it smaller for storage. I believe this can be fixed if you are a handy person. Some hammering will probably fix it. Other than that it is a solid machine and I'm satisfied and I'm a quality professional. I recommend buying it. ... show more

  • Awesome and easy but not all pins will go in
Style: Gluteblast
Update: haven’t been able to use it in months since the upper part broke at the base. Very disappointing. I’m not a big person and I used it properly. I am trying to figure out if it can be welded back together as it would be nice to have it back in my arsenal of equipment and I don’t want to spend $150 bucks to replace it and just have it break again. I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I have wanted one for a long time. This covers 2 exercises I wanted to add for glutes and quads. Setup is easy and just a few pieces and steps. However, I cannot get the pins into one side for the life of me. The other side was no issue. But days into this I am trying to figure how to get the other side to work. I know this will be great once I figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to use the bands yet because of the pin issue . So I can’t tell about the strength and effectiveness of those yet. It fits my tall 6’ frame just fine and feels sturdy. Doesn’t take up much space. ... show more

  • Product is good but the company is difficult to work with
Style: Gluteblast
The product itself is good but the company has not been helpful at all. I purchased a sauna blanket that was recalled from this company. Part of the recall conditions was to submit photos and to cut the power cord. I submitted my claim and it has been 3 months. I have been told on 2 occasions that replacement was being sent. I was provided a tracking number for a previous customer I'm assuming in a different state before I even submitted my claim that was already delivered. I very much enjoyed The sauna blanket and used it daily. I'm beyond frustrated as I spent a good chunk of money on it and can't seem to get the replacement from the recall. ... show more

  • Almost Perfect - Backrest Stability Issue
Style: Gluteblast
I genuinely love this hip thrust machine and think it’s an excellent piece of equipment overall. It’s been very effective for my training and has helped me make noticeable progress. The only drawback appears to be a manufacturing detail in the backrest assembly. The bolt holes or tolerances don’t seem tight enough, which allows the backrest to wobble during use. This isn’t a major issue during standard hip thrusts, but it becomes noticeable and problematic during single-leg movements. The instability creates an insecure feeling, makes balance harder to maintain, and limits the ability to fully engage each side evenly. With a more stable, better-fitted backrest, this would be an outstanding machine. As it stands, it’s still very good - just held back by that drawback. ... show more

  • Great purchase.
Style: Gluteblast
This machine is great for many reasons. Versatile.. many ways to use it But, sticking to its main use, the Sissy Squat, I have to say was surprisingly effective. I had always powerlifted and squatted, until an injury. I have to say, no pressure on back with the angle is almost zero. I was sore in places in my back and glutes that have never been this sore in my life and that I really didn’t feel during the movement.. my core was also sore. Whether experienced lifter or because of an injury, this machine is incredibly effective. There is nothing in the gym that duplicates this movement. There is nothing I have been able to do with my back condition to work my legs … but I feel like it’s really working lower lumbar muscles and tightening that area, glutes for sure, and the best part is you are locked into place so tight there is really no way to do anything but perfect reps. Definitely hits muscles not targeted by traditional leg/glute workouts. I was missing poster for workouts which was important to have.. but customer service responded and sent immediately and did follow up to make sure I recieved it.. def 5 stars on customer service as well. If I was to purchase more equipment I would stick with this company. The employees also have a great understanding of the equipment they sell. ... show more
