Worked for both my babies who got stuffy noses. It is hard to find a chest rub for babies in retail stores that doesn't have lavender in it. My son breaks out with lavender, so this was great in that it did not mess with super sensitive skin. It did make my hands stink despite multiple washes, but it helped my son so it was worth it.
