I wanted to light up the top of a Cristallo Quartzite bath vanity for a fun nightlight in a primary bathroom. The product arrived quickly but we hit a snag when the sheets refused to operate. I was initially concerned because there was no phone number for customer support. The good news is that customer service via email was extremely responsive and very helpful (with just a bit of a geographic related delay) and the problem was quickly resolved as my contractors simply reversed some wires vs. what the printed instructions had indicated. Honestly, it was probably easier than being on terminal hold for customer service domestically. I will say the warm white doesn't look all that warm but dimmed and under the stone it does complement my alabaster light fixtures so all good. The product is very bright at 100%. We did not install the app, the remote control and a light switch option are more than sufficient for my application.

These LED backlight sheets are pretty well built and do a great job at illuminating the bar. The warm white glow (3000K) gives a really cozy look, and they light up evenly across the whole panel. I haven’t noticed any any hot spots. The sheets are flexible and easy to place where I needed them. I love that they’re dimmable and can be controlled through the app or Alexa, it makes fine-tuning the brightness super convenient. The remote works well too but I prefer to access it with the phone/app. Setup wasn’t too time consuming after I figured it all out. For the size and quality, these are a great value and add a professional touch to my bar, I’m glad I went this brand and tried them out. Beautiful

I ordered this set to backlight a custom action figure diorama. So far, it seems quite durable, and the sheets are lightweight and flexible, making them easy to cut and fit into the different spaces I intend to use them in. I used a standard 24v 3amp wall-wart adapter for one sheet and it worked perfectly. The light output was bright and even, I didn't see any dull or dead spots. I'm hesitant to install a 3rd party app on my phone, so I won't be taking advantage of those features, but the included remote works just fine for my project, allowing me to create the desired atmosphere for my display. I have no doubt that this product will last a long time, and it seems like a decent investment.

This set of flexible panel lights work great. Setup was easy following the included instructions. Even though these are listed at 36W per panel, the instructions recommend using a power supply at 80% capacity. So, the two panel set does require a 24V 4A power supply which I had to supply myself. The included controller is rated for use with up to 8 panels with an appropriately sized power supply. The included connection wires are kind of short. These light panels seem to use standard 2-wire JST style connectors though, so you can get longer cables if needed. The panels are very bright and I find the light quality to be warm and not at all harsh. The lights are reasonably responsive to the included remote. The remote does take 2 AAA batteries which are not included. Overall, I think these are quality flexible light panels and I will likely end up getting get a few more.
