Yes, the first day after surgery, I had an emergency requiring me to return to the hospital. The pads were placed between the band and my clothes on the surgical site. I saved my favorite dress and was not required to change the pads frequently. When I dress, I apply these pads on the bandages and between the band/Faja/board before going outside or moving over to the other side of the bed. These pads stay in place and can be moved easily if necessary. I will continue to buy these pads. ... show more

I like how nice and big these are, and they are individually wrapped to remain sterile which is nice. However, I got these because they SAID NON-ADHERANT & WON’T STICK TO THE WOUND. This statement is inaccurate! I had been using bandaid brand gauze that is TRUELY NON-ADHERANT; but they were only 3x4 so I had to use 2 and still didn’t have 100% coverage. So I searched for a larger gauze pad that was still NON-ADHERANT. But this STUCK, PULLED & CAUSED BLEEDING!!!! On my very first dressing change no less!! So I’m having to place one of the 3x4 Bandaid brand over the “problem area” that is still oozing slightly. This way the gauze won’t stick and cause damage rather than promoting the healing process. ... show more
