We have this for over 6 months and it has to the perfect ice maker. We've have 3 or 4 others and this is the best. Entire family loves this ice maker. Good size, fast making new ice, not too noisy. The only thing I wish I could run a water line into it so we wouldn't have to fill it up so much.

Easy to set up and use and have sonic ice at home! Not too loud, but does make noise and runs a lot to keep ice frozen. Doesn’t make alot, but perfect for one to two people. If you need ice for more people, get a bigger one.

This ice maker is in my classroom, and it makes enough to fill up my Stanley, and have some leftover- all in the span of an hour. The ice is the perfect texture, and I cant believe I made it this long without it in my room!

The ice machine was amazing in the beginning after having it for 6 months. It stopped working. It's a lot of money to spend for something that stops working in six months

The media could not be loaded. If you prefer chewable crushed ice, this is the machine for you. Doesn't really make nuggets, but if you are an ice chewer, this is good. It is louder than other machines, but if you have somewhere to put it where the sound won't bother you, it works. My apartment is too small so it didn't work for me. Makes ice really fast and it is the size of Sonic ice. I love it. It does have moisture when you dump the bin and it tends to freeze into a lump. I remedy this by draining the water off the ice. Then put it into a plastic bag and before it freezes hard a break it up with a hammer of sorts. Then when it is completely frozen I break it up again then put it into the bag that it comes with. By doing this it stays in little pieces. A little more work but it works for me. ... show more

I wanted to love this ice maker. The ice has the perfect texture, it does not melt like others said, and it makes ice at a crazy speed. However, the taste of this ice is that of chemicals. It has this awful metallic taste. I have no idea why it taste like this, but I’m going to return it because of this. I’m so sad because for the price it could have been amazing. ... show more
