None were chipped or broken in shipping - they were packaged very well! The white is a "creamy" white (not stark white) which is exactly what I wanted. Beautiful set of plates and bowls. We've been using for about 6 months with no chips/cracks. The only complaint is that the plates don't stack evenly, so can be annoying with glass cabinets.

This set is truly a dream. Looks expensive, heavy duty, can hold a lot of food and can withstand heat plus the dishwasher. I almost never review but after seeing some mixed comments I had to defend my favorite set! The issue may just be in the shipping so it’s a luck of the draw type of situation. Thankfully I didn’t have any breaks or chips. Regardless, cross your fingers and toes and hit purchase. These are a great gift, first apartment/ starter apartment set, or something for dinner parties and guests when you don’t wanna whip out the paper plates. All in all it’s worth the price. Buy without hesitation!

The bowels can hold a full soup can. Good size even though they look small. These are me and my fiancés favorite plates because the rim makes it harder for juices to get everywhere. the color and design are very pretty although i will say the bowls are very small, you wouldn’t really be able to eat a full portion of soup or cereal etc. the main issue is that two items, a large plate and a bowl, arrived damaged and shattered. i already knew before opening the package that there was going to be damage because i could feel the plates shifting and sliding, and when you’re packing fragile items the styrofoam needs to be stuffed in the box super tight. the instructions on the box say to reach out to ask for replacements if there’s damage, but there’s no contact information so here’s hoping the seller reaches out to me. i’ll update the review if they do, but if they don’t i’ll return them
