We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of this dinnerware. The dinnerware is attractive and quite durable. The price was very competitive as well. But beyond the dishes themselves, we were very happy that it was an eight-piece serving set as compared to most others that serve four. We were having a 70th birthday dinner party with eight guests the next evening and realized we didn't have eight plates without chips in them. We had talked about getting new dinnerware for sometime but never got around to it. So on Saturday afternoon I ordered these and they arrived well in time to be washed and ready for the dinner party. :-) !

This is my first time ever writing a product review on Amazon. I love this set of dishes so much, I just had to do it. The simplistic modern style is beautiful, they stack very well, and the quality and weight is amazing for the price! I purchased the snowy white color. My only wish would be for them to come in a Matte finish. Otherwise, upon unpacking them, I’m beyond satisfied! They were also very well packaged, without a chip to be found. There were a couple MINOR imperfections in the ceramic color but I don’t mind it. Makes the stone ware look more natural. The size of the plates and saucers are perfect. *Please note? The set of wider bowls shown didn’t come with this set but they were made by the same brand. I would definitely buy this brand again. I hope this helps!

The media could not be loaded. This dinnerware set is beautiful! It's hard picking out certain things online and your dinnerware is one of them. There's certain types im not found of but I'm not an expert, so I couldn't even tell you which types I like or don't like so in store shopping was always easiest. But I'm pretty happy with this set. They ARE dishwasher safe, none have faded, I think maybe one has chipped so far but that's probably because I have children.. nothing these days are teenager or toddler proof but they are pretty durable indeed. The bowls are quite big and I love the edge on the plates, help to scoop that last bit of food and none falls onto the table.

I LOVE this LIANYU stoneware! After I received this service for four, I hopped on Amazon to order two more sets. The look is timeless, elegant and minimalist. Whether you have Boho decor or plan to use these in a formal dining room, they will work anywhere. I have been lightening up all of my decor colors and thIs milky brown is such a serene, neutral shade. This stonewear was designed in Paris but is manufactured in China. Dishes are highly glazed to avoid chips but the underside is an unfired clay. I love pottery so this aesthetic hits me just right. Both the dinner and sandwich plates have raised edges, awesome for dishes like pot roast or pasta sauce. The bowls are ideal for cereal, dessert or as a crock for French onion soup. I always worry about ordering fragile items, especially in cold weather, but the secure packaging from this company is really impressive!! This, and the value for this sophisticated dinnerware made it very easy for me to commit to a service for 12! Thrilled with this set and I highly recommend it.
