Got this for my gf and she loves it. Chops veggies with ease. Has different blade types to use. Some veggies makes it hard to push down in the chopper just have to some strength but it goes. Cleaning it is easy except for the grooves that push into the blades where pieces of vegetables get stuck in there. Just have to use like a toothpick or butter knife to get in there to clean it out. We have not experienced any grooves chipping off like other reviewers. This is a good product to have around the house. I would buy it again. ... show more

So I used to always buy many Vidalia Chop wizards, and the attachments worked well , until you hit hard to chip/dice something harder , then the bottom of the container cracked, so after 5 I stopped buying them and been on a search for replacements This one is really nice and has nicer attachments , the only ISSUE is its very hard to remove the attachments from the space , mainly if you have longer nails , then the other issue is lifting the lid off was not easy , you meed to maneuver it a bit or its stuck ... show more

This has been very handy in help with dicing vegetables such as tomatoes or onions, and even works very well with lettuce and other chopped ingredients. The only downside in my opinion is that the grates (blades) can catch small pieces of food so it needs to be at least thoroughly rinsed after use. There was a slight learning curve; had to learn how thin to cut and skin side down. But beyond that when you are done, there are bits left behind in the top portion that pushes the food through the cutting grate. They are nigh onto impossible to get those bits out! But I do like the uniformity and that I don't have to slice it all up myself. ... show more

Pros: o The two dicing grids are great o Moderately easy to clean o Roomy enough tray for a couple good-sized vegetables (onion + pepper, for instance) o Reasonable price Cons: o Short: longer would provide more leverage. As is, requires quite a bit of pressure to operate. o Narrow: wider would allow vegetables that haven't been quartered to be processed Tip: o Don't try to put hamburger thrugh the dicers. :) Summary: I use the larger dicing grid almost every day. Most importantly for me, it turns what was an eye-watering job of slicing up onions into about 45 seconds of clear-eyed, blissful ease. I just wish it was a little bigger in both width and length, which would both make it physically easier to use, and get the job done even faster. As it is, I typically have to quarter (at least) my veggies before the chunks are small enough to feed this beast. ... show more
