First thing I had a question about how many binders could fit in the 35l pack and I really could not find a answer. I posted the question and the company was so nice to take the time out of (what I am sure is a extremely busy day) their day to answering my question and then email me back again. I personally would say that customer service is a priority to the company and it truly shows. That is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company. Now on to the tactical backpack it's self. I have waited all week to write this review. I wanted my son who i got the pack for to use it before I write this. He is really rough on bookbags. Like really rough. So I decided to look into one of these in hope that they would hold up at least a little longer than 2 weeks. It arrived on time with no delay. It came with 2 extra zipper cover and this one did come with the patch. It is very nice with lots of room. It opens and zips back up with ease. So far for the past week he really loves it. He says he only has one complaint. He wishes the the middle pocket was a little bigger where it does not unzip all the way. Just because while he is at school he does not take his time with unzipping the back part where it unzip all the way so everything falls out. He wants to put everything in the middle section since it does not unzip all the way like that and just use the back part for his gym shoes and clothes. So far it has fit all of his needs and all of my expectations. In the pictures that I have attached the red binder is a 1 inch, white binder is a 1 inch and the black binder is a 1.5 inch (1 1/2") binder. The front bottom section can hold a regular sized kids lunch box as shown in picture as well. Its a little snug and by a little I mean thats all that will fit in there is the packed lunch box. You can not add anything else. Also I wanted to note that the patch that came with the bag is a rubber patch. It is not a flimsy one at all and sticks very well to the front. All of the snap buckles snap tightly with no wiggle room to just pop out either. So once you have it secured to you it is not going anywhere until you take it off. My favorite brand of gym bags. This is the second one I’ve purchased. My first one was 45 l and it held up for a solid 3 years. It held all of my gym equipment and clothes. I bought this bag as a carry on for a trip. I was hesitant because of a few negative reviews of the size. However, I got mine and it was perfect. It was the exact color of the photo and I had plenty of room to pack a couple outfits, snacks, a book, my hair dryer, hair straightener, curling iron, several bottles of things, my makeup case, my cosmetic case, a water bottle, and a few other things and it still fit under the seat in front of me on the plane! I actually still had room in the bag! Impressive. I can agree with the stitching being a little sketchy. I wasn't too rough on mine, but I wasn't easy on it either and I could tell it was a little questionable. Overall, this was a great purchase and I would definitely buy another one. ... show more

Color: I think it was called Rose Red but it’s really a very nice hot pink. I’m not a fan of the white zippers (would have preferred matching pink zippers or black zippers). Size: The size is perfect for my needs. Needed a way to carry my Steam Deck, Viture XR glasses, mouse and keyboard. Plus a 13” iPad Pro. However, for flying, I also needed to add my bulky Sony headphones, full hip pack, removable wheelchair battery and wheelchair joystick. What I like about it is the large back compartment can be compressed with the side straps to take up very little space when not in use but is there with ample space when I need it. Durability: Seems durable enough. For me, the top grab handle is what will determine durability since I can’t wear it like a backpack. Comfort: I can’t comment on if it’s comfortable to wear since I will never be able to wear it as a backpack. However, the top grab handle is very uncomfortable with even a little weight in it (hurts my hands to carry more than a couple minutes; it’s just a strap with no padding and is pretty narrow.) The backpack straps are padded as is the back of the bag and may be comfortable for someone who uses it that way. Functionality: There are lots of places to attach external things to it. Zippers seem good. Like the long zipper pulls. The pocket interiors are not padded (or if they are, it’s minimal) so I feel like I will have to get someone to sew me some padded liners to protect my electronics. Overall, I like it and it’s a good solid step on my quest to find the perfect bag for my needs. ... show more

UPDATE - 12/21/25 I had to come back after really putting this bag to the test and update on the zippers. They appeared to be cheap and flimsy and I had banked on them busting/breaking in no time. They have held up 100% through me shoving a ton of work/school stuff in this bag. I work 12 hour shifts on a busy ambulance and this bag held up 100% for over a year!! So I’m changing from 4 stars to 5 because that is impressive! Definitely worth every penny. If you like the style of the Wolfpak bags but can’t drop the $$$ for one this is the perfect dupe. Great design, perfect amount of compartments. The only complaint I have is the zippers seem to be made kind of cheap. They aren’t very durable/tactically made so I expect that to be the first thing to go wrong with it. But for the price I really can’t complain. It’s the perfect size without being too small or too bulky! Very happy with it. :) ... show more

My husband has a tactical backpack for hunting and our daughter wanted a matching one. She uses it for sleepovers, school, and hunting/camping. It has a lot of pockets and room. The zippers are very sturdy. She has recently ordered more patches to put on her bag. Overall, we are very pleased!
