Great picture like any other 4K I've seen. Only down side is it comes on with some message I have no idea what to do with but goes away with the 'enter' button. For the price I paid it was a steal. I have a LG phone and this is as good or better. I don't really have anything negative to say about it of import. Unless you're waiting for the OLED then go get you one. For the price, this is an awesome TV monitor. I am using it to watch streaming TV off Netflix & Amazon, and am very impressed with the video quality. Here are some observations: *Excellent build quality, and easy set up. *Packed perfectly for home delivery. *Incredibly vivid picture. *More than adequate sound for normal use. *Image during some TV shows is oddly crisp. Great tv at a great price. Picture quality is excellent, the smart tv features with netflix and amazon prime is good. Only gripe is, the red power LED is too bright for, you can turn it off, but sometimes it takes a while to realize tv is still on, when source is turned off.

I am using this with a Mac Pro computer and it works fantastically. The 4k resolution lets me see so much at the same time. I am an engineer and a software developer so I often have multiple programs open and this monitor lets me see them all at the same time. I used to use four monitors, now I just use this one. I haven't used the web OS much and I don't watch TV on it. I have hooked it up to an older windows computer with an old basic graphics card and it didn't work well. The windows computer thought the native resolution should be 1920x1080 and didn't do the 4k very well. I'm blaming that on the computer. ... show more

    • Careful! Screen breaks easily!
We bought this tv back in November 2015 so it has been in our house for over 2 years. But it is in a room where it hardly gets used. Until today i would have said it was a decent tv. Today my daughter was leaning over by the tv and a tv remote was in her hand. It tapped (literally a light tap) the tv and the tv is now ruined. It shattered the glass on top and it has ruined the picture. I would have thought the glass on these newer TVs were made to withstand more than a light tap. I’m disappointed because we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth considering we hardly use the tv. 😔 ... show more

Received yesterday so I can't speak to durability, but so far so good! Packed well, everything works, smart tv functions work great. Picture is awesome! Lightweight. I use it for Netflix and Amazon Prime video- super easy to set up!

    • Not really a 4K TV, LG playing fast and loose with the specs... but still decent
This is a decent TV for watching video content like movies and TV, or even console gaming.... but it's not truly a 4K UHD TV thanks to LG pulling a fast one with the addition of a white subpixel on the horizontal resolution. What you wind up with is a 'pseudo 4K' TV with a very bright picture. This extra white subpixel also makes text look like junk if you're trying to use it with a PC and makes getting a proper white balance near impossible. Ive used this TV for a few hours now, and compared to my old Vizio TV, this TV is amazing. The picture is sharp, the colors are vivid. Not the loudest speakers, but they are clear and sound great. The "WebOS" that it runs on the TV can be a little slow at times, but my Xbox One is connected to it, so I planned on using that for Netflix and other services anyways. If you are looking to replace an older TV, or just upgrading to a slightly bigger TV, just buy this, you won't be disappointed! ... show more
